In 1993, Toqué! opened featuring local produce: a showcase for Quebec's terroir and its suppliers. The ongoing contributions of these artisans is no less important today. We have them to thank for foie gras de canard or salicornia; lamb of heirloom vegetables; seafood or fine herbs. These tireless farmers, foragers and fishermen inspire Toqué!'s cuisine, on which they bestow tastes, textures and natural aromas and unparalleled freshness.

    L’agneau de Kamouraska …le meilleur que je n’ai jamais mangé. Cuisson parfaite comme demandé, portion généreuse et wow…quel goût succulent!!! Normand Laprise, mes papilles ont été satisfaites.

    Nous avons pris le menu dégustation avec l’accord vins de prestige. Quelle expérience! Le personnel est sympathique et attentif. Le seul bémol est que j’avais réservé pour célébrer notre anniversaire de mariage et j’aurais bien apprécié une petite mention à cet effet à tout le moins au moment du dessert. Malgré cela, ce fut une très belle soirée !

    Une visite au Toqué! est toujours un moment exceptionnel pour moi. Excellentes suggestions de la part de Samuel pour les accords avec les plats. Bien hâte à ma prochaine visite.
