    The wait staff were attentive but slow to warm up. Even in a fine dining context, I value wait staff who recognize when a client wants to be a little playful. It took work to have fun with this crew. The food itself was disappointing. Textures and flavors were all very safe. Nothing to create "a party in my mouth" and at this price point, I expect quite a party. The wine selection is excellent but the iPad wine list does nothing to inspire or guide. We had to go out of our way to ask for guidance from the sommelier; his advice, however, was good. We both enjoyed the wines he recommended with our mains. All told, I would not return, I regret to say.
