First time back since the renovation. A more relaxed experience than my previous visit, which was for New Year's. Attentive but not overbearing service. Sous-chef Félix always personally greets me. I was impressed that the included orange juice was fresh-squeezed. The salmon bellevue and the gratin dauphinois were the stars of the show. The terrasse was quiet and beautiful.

Rien à dire sur la qualité des plats et des desserts. C’est d’une grande valeur. Dommage que le service n’a pas été à la hauteur et l’arrivée des plans et la réponse me demande ont été très aléatoires. Remettre tout cela sur le dos de week-end de Grand prix et une salle de Restaurant comble.

We arrived timely for our reservation and were urged to sit outside on the patio/terasse. We were the only table aside from a large group. We’re were provided with two different dinner menus so we needed to wait until the staff returned to determine the correct menu. This took about 10 minutes. We then had our water filled after about 15 minutes. We did not have our wine order taken until 30 minutes after we were seated. They brought the wrong bottle of wine but this was quickly corrected. Our meal order was taken after an hour of being seated. We’re were told bread was on its way sometime before and eventually arrived. Both of us had the duck and while it was good, the portions are very small. We’re were then told they would be bringing more bread….later someone returned with only 1 piece saying that they were behind and he would bring more once it was done…never saw him or the bread again. We had about 5 different staff at our table throughout the night. The tables outside seemed like an afterthought to this place. The entire evening was full of errors and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Great food, excellent presentation. I had the scallops which were perfectly seared to just the right level. My partner had the table d' hote. Halibut with sea asparagus, and a sauce that was divine. The appetizers were a risotto with Quebec asparagus and buttered chanterelle mushrooms. The Gaspesian crab cake was just right. The desserts topped off great night.

Essayez le brunch Renoir du dimanche c'est l'adopter ! Pour une parenthèse dominicale "à la française" d'un plaisir seul ou à plusieurs, le cadre, le service et surtout la cuisine proposée sauront vous ravir. Du buffet d'entrées renouvelées au buffet de desserts en passant par les poissons Doré du lac Ontario ou au Saumon, gratin dauphinois et gaufres : dégustez ! Merci à la brigade en cuisine et à l'équipe en salle !
