They still have a few kinks to work out, changes to the menu and adding a new creative chef should do the trick.

We ordered the Lobster Flatbread, which was great, however, kitchen was understaffed and running slow - app took a very long time to come out which was awkward. Which is why I gave service a lower rating - nothing to do with floor staff, they told us it was because kitchen was short handed. After that, entrees came out in a reasonable time, espresso after the meal was perfect - all in all a good experience.

The Reel thing Reels was a great find. We used to live near it and go back often for beach and wTerfront dinning. This may be the best quality plus great view of river, friendly service, excellently prepared Fresh seafood. It is byob so relatively inexpensive. We had an innovative flash charred tuna salmon and scallop starter along with fresh oysters. The NE clam chowder was also excellent. We split a halibut dish which was as good as we have ever had. We look forward to returning in the fall.

Very disappointing! Was looking forward to a wonderful light seafood dinner close to home...didn't happen. The menu is extremely limited and at 7:30 on a Saturday (and they were pretty empty) they were already sold out of the scallops and halibut which left tuna and salmon. I ended up with the lobster mac and cheese that was bland and lacking in lobster meat and my husband ended up with a burger which was also tasteless. Service was mediocre at best. Such a shame as the location is wonderful. Reels is a definite "pass".

The food was just"ok". I had the scallops with corn & bacon salsa; nothing special at all. Waitress did not bring us bread or tell us about the dessert specials. The view of the river is limited & there is seating outside. For the price of the meal, food should have been much better. Won't go back...

Lovely table, relatively intimate with a beautiful view. Our server was knowledgeable and appropriately attentive. My husband had one of the most beautiful pieces of tuna I have ever seen or tasted. I enjoyed the sea scallops which were perfectly cooked. All in all a very nice night.

First time here. Nice location but the noise level in the restaurant was extremely loud. So I would not recommend for a romantic date. Menu choices are very limited. Since I have some restrictions I did not have a lot to choose from. It is a BYOB but they do have some local winery menu that you can buy wine from. Would not recommend the Sangria, it was really bad. But I must say when the hostess came over and heard the complaint about the wine (which we did not drink) she took it off the bill. I wish the menu had more to choose from, the service is excellent there but with such limited meal choices my friends and I will probably not go back.

The Raw bar was excellent, very fresh! The Tuna I had was cooked a perfect medium rare. Great appetizers, desserts as well! We had a window table with a spectacular view of the inlet. I would highly recommend this restaurant for great seafood.
