  A Corridor to Humboldt's Happiness - Tight, consistent head. Clear sunshine in a glass. Very light graham cracker, soft floral and spicy herbal aromatics. Mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, yet has a smooth full palate that elevates to a crisp and stiff finish. Brewed with Weyermann Pilsner and Weyermann Barke Pilsner malt, Spalt, Hallertau Mittelfruh and German Northern Brewer hops and our proprietary Bohemian Lager yeast strain

• S.B. 4.2% ABV 28 IBU

  Simple and Clean! Golden straw in color, a lingering head, mild biscuity and nutty aromas, bready texture with a light bitter finish. Brewed with Glenn Eagle Maris Otter, East Kent Goldings and our proprietary English yeast strain

• Uncle Norm Golden Ale 4.4% ABV 20 IBU

  Vigorously fluffy head. Bright, energizing lemon in color. Levitating citrus, springtime earthiness and whiffs of pineapple chunks and kiwi. Slender and graceful flavors of gentle malt sweetness, teased by solid carbonation and finishes acute, clean and quenching. Brewed with Rahr Pale, Simpson Maris Otter, Oats, Gambrinus Munich, Tettanger, Mosaic, Denali, Centennial hops and with our proprietary English yeast strain. OG 11.2

• Kölsch 5.2% ABV 32 IBU

  Pale yellow in color, and pours with a persistent frothy head. Carries delicate herbal aromas, with hints of pear and green apple, with a crisp yet smooth maltiness. Brewed with Weyermann Pilsner and Pale malt, Northern Brewer and Spalt hops, and our proprietary German ale yeast strain

• Imperial Golden Ale 6.8% ABV 35 IBU

  Amber/Caramel color, malt forward followed by mild hop flavors in the mid mouth, complex malt finish with long yet crisp clean back palate. Brewed with Gambrinus Pale malt, Munich malt, Perle and East Kent Goldings and our proprietary English Ale yeast strain. OG 15.8

• Belgian Style Porter 6.1% ABV 32 IBU

  Brown Porter, dark walnut in color, biscuity and robust with a subtle raisin flavor, fluffy head, delicate creamy mouthfeel with a light hop aftertaste. Brewed with Gambrinus Pale malt, Imported Chocolate, Black and Biscuit malt, Perle and UK Goldings Hops, and our proprietary Belgian Ale yeast strain

• Dry Irish Stout 6.5% ABV 35 IBU

  A great sessionable stout! Pillowy, velvety with a mocha head. Roasty and chocolaty bouquet. Slender yet creamy from palate, silky, coffee and a toasty mid palate followed by a hoppy finish. Brewed with Gambrinus Pale, Simpson Chocolate & Crystal, Crisp Roasted Barley, Castle Black malt, Northern Brewer and East Kent Goldings and our proprietary English yeast strain

• Sultry Seeker Pale Ale 5% ABV 32 IBU

  Throwback Pale Ale Meets New Age. Tight, uniform and lingering head with a froth top. Majestic golden hue. Aromatics of gentle guava, pale pineapple, lovely lemon, muted malt and dash of delectable dried-grass and pine. Pillowy, bready mouthfeel starts soft and smooth like honey, then shifts to finish hard as pine sap candy. Brewed with Castle Pilsner, Crisp Best Pale, Weyermann Vienna, Gambrinus Munich, Simcoe, Galaxy, CTZ and Denali hops and our proprietary English yeast strain. OG 12.4

• Humboldt Rising Pale Ale 5.2% ABV 12 IBU

  Tight, compact and dense head. Toasted, golden orange in color. Mango, pineapple, orange citrus and mild earthy aromatics float while a mellow wave of subtle malt and juicy pineapple eases your palate into a bright pleasant finish. Brewed with Rahr Pale, Weyermann Vienna, Weyermann Pale Wheat malt, Mosaic, Simcoe Tettanger, Cascade, Galaxy hops and with our proprietary English yeast strain. OG 13.00

• Humboldt Trails India Pale Ale 6.4% ABV 50 IBU

  A well balanced IPA! Dark honey with deep orange tones in color, citrus and piney aromas, rounded palate with soft malt tones and a firm hop presence, from front to back. Brewed with Gambrinus Pale and Munich, Maris Otter Crisp, and Belgian Caramunich malt, Columbus, Centennial and Amarillo hops, and our proprietary English yeast strain

• Galactic Forest India Pale Ale 6% ABV 60 IBU

  Dense and frothy head, 2-tone sunburst in color. Aromas of lemon, pine, pre-ripened mango with a soft breadiness. An elegantly light, firm and juicy malt body with a balanced hop charge from mid to end palate. Brewed with Simpson Maris Otter and Crisp Pale Ale and Galaxy and Simcoe hops, with our proprietary English yeast Strain

• Sticky Fingers India Pale Ale 6.1% ABV 48 IBU

  Golden straw in color, silky white head, tropical fruit aromas with hints of pine, bready front palate with a piney resinous finish that lingers! Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner and Maris Otter malt, Simcoe, Citra and Zeus hops with our proprietary English yeast strain. OG 13.7

  Brewed in honor of Humboldt State University's 100th anniversary, we decided the best way to pay homage is a 100% Centennial hops in a sessionable pale ale! Pours a golden orange color with a creamy off-white head. The floral hop aromas are a perfect counterbalance to the full and slightly sweet mid palate. Brewed with Gambrinus Pale, Gleneagles Maris Otter, and Weyermann Munich malts with Centennial hops and a proprietary English yeast strain

• Humboldt Trails India Pale Ale 6.4% ABV 50 IBU
