Red Salt Room mixes signatures of renowned chef David Burke like the clothesline bacon and his patented use of Himalayan salt to dry age steaks, with Executive Chef Anup Patwal's intricate seasonal New American menu. Awarded the American Academy of Hospitality Science's "Five Star" Diamond award, Red Salt Room will transport guests to the kind of luxury and elegance they have come to expect from The Garden City Hotel.

Dinner:
- Wednesday & Thursday 5pm to 9pm
- Friday & Saturday 5pm to 9:30pm
Brunch:
- Sunday: Seatings 11am and 1:30pm

Dress Code: tastefully casual. No hats, sweatpants, tank tops, crop tops, flip-flips, open toe shoes on gentlemen, or pool/gym attire. Hoodies are allowed, but hoods must be worn down.

For parties of 8 or more, a $50 deposit per guest is required, and will be redeemed on the date of the reservation.

So i took my wife here for her Birthday. Everything was Really Good from the minute we walked in the Door. We were greeted with smiles and brought to our Table. And then presented a Birthday card for my Wife signed by the Staff. Nice touch. Our waitress was very nice. Actually everybody was nice. Needless to say a Home Run.

Presentation was beautiful but the food was fair at best. Crab cake looked great but the breadcrumb coating was too thick, overbearing and just not that good. Halibut was good. Lambchops were ok but the accompanying risotto croquet was more of the heavy breading filled with cheese and a small amount of risotto. Just awful I would have preferred risotto on a plate without the awful fried breading crust. Dessert was gorgeous to look at but awful. it was a trio of items , a small eclair that had this decorative cream green cream/ frosting that was inedible. I had to scape it off. Next up was some beautiful looking 'item the size of a small cupcake.it was all red on the outside and some sugary fluff stuff underneath, on a thin ginger flavored base. I could not eat it. The third item was a shot glass of hot chocolate and a small chocolate chip cookie. Cookie wasn't worth eating . At $175. per person plus drinks , tax and tip I should have stayed home.

The jumbo crab cakes with aji Amarillo corn aioli, the Grana Padano supplì, and the dessert selection (including eggnog mousse with gingerbread cake, caramel éclair, hot chocolate, and a double chocolate chip cookie) were well-received. Our pricing reflects the premium quality of our house-made ingredients and is aligned with market standards. With a full dining room and overwhelmingly positive feedback, we’re surprised to learn of your dissatisfaction since satisfaction was received by your party. Was truly an experience, food was excellent, just did not realize it was a price fix menu for the holiday, that was not clear on open table.

my entree and side were extremely oily and lacked flavor. overpriced. setting was festive and employees were courteous and polite.

Omer is a fantastic waiter. He is very engaging, super knowledgeable, and I would request him every time my wife and I would dine. A truly great experience and a first class restaurant all around.
