   For a party of five, being able to meet up for dinner and not have to wait long because of OpenTable, our dining experience was fantastic. Highly recommend OpenTable when dining at Red Lobster. Red Lobster was even able to accommodate our party for arriving early and checking is in on the reservation. We love OpenTable and use it often when traveling.

   Fine for a chain restaurant. The seafood was very dependable, and the service was pleasant and fast. When you're visiting a small, remote town (as we were), it's good to know that a place like Red Lobster is always consistent.

   The food and service was great, but the hostess told us they don’t accept opentable reservations??? She seated us anyway because they weren’t busy. Why would I be able to book on here if they don’t take reservations??

   Service was poor, waitress kept saying it’s because they were busy; they were not that busy. We saw her maybe 3 times in an hour... It took 15 minutes to get a condiment for a baked potato. The new poached lobster was so over cooked it was like eating a potato chip.

   Considering that it's a chain restaurant, it's better than expected, and give its location, it's one of the few places in the area to get decent, fresh seafood. If I were in a big city like New York or Chicago that has many more upscale options, I wouldn't think of going to a Red Lobster, but in Wooster, it's reliable.
