   Probably poor management, but we waited close to an hour for our food after waiting a considerable amount of time for our appetizer that we ordered at the same time. The bar wasn't much faster not to mention poorly stocked. The wait staff kept apologizing, blaming the slow service on being busy because of Valentines day, but the restaurant wasn't nearly full. All of this would have been nothing more than a small inconvenience had our food come out excellent but that was also painfully underwhelming to say the least. I think I've had better crab legs at Captain D's.

   I hadn’t been to Red Lobster in a couple of years but was pleasantly surprised that it was still as good. Our server was excellent by the way.

   The food took a long time to come out, they had only one person trying to service several tables. It was a horrible experience. And this was at 11:55 a.m. there was five tables with people and one person trying to do it all the food was not hot at all. Very disappointed!!!!

   Server was over zealous and pointed at our with his finger that was food close to our food. The server talked extremely loud.

   Thanks so much to our server, Charles M., we had a great dinner! He was attentive and went above and beyond to help all 11 guests. We will be back for future celebrations. Thank you for helping us celebrate our mom's 76th birthday!

   I haven to been to red Lobster in a few years. I just got back from business travel and wanted to share quality time with my son and meet his new girlfriend. It was good but prices have really increased. our server Melvin was cool. Overall good experience
