   Arrived at 630 for a 6:45 reservation We were told that it would be 45 minutes to a hour more, once we were seated everything was excellent

   Our reservation was handled with courtesy and accuracy. The general staff was well trained and attentive to detail. Our server was well dressed and courteous. He explained the menu and specials with complete accuracy. He was attentive to our needs and answered our questions thoroughly. There was a very slight delay due to the complexity of our group order in food preparation. The quality of the items ordered was outstanding and the atmosphere enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Red Lobster - Vestal Parkway, Vestal NY.

   Had a reservation for 6pm but didn’t get seated until 6:30. They did seem short staffed, so we understood. Our server Thera was a ray of sunshine, super friendly, informative with menu options and just overall a really nice lady who made the experience that bit better.

   I realize Red Lobster is a fast food seafood restaurant. However the biscuits and appetizers were so salty you could barely eat them . Our steak was good , my lobster tail came out with a fist size shell , and two fingers of meat and was mushy . The crab legs were were not fresh .

   Endless shrimp was very good. Excellent service. A very enjoyable dinner with family.

   Dinner was a first date on a Saturday evening. We were seated very quickly, had a great table. Our server was amazing, give us plenty of time to chat. The menus were set up very well. The food came in proportionate timing all the way to dessert. All the food tasted great with absolutely no complaints. It was easy to pay right at the table. It was a great date night!

   food is great..the salmon is fresh and the oyster are fresh as well..the only thing is they give free cakes for birthday but not with other occasions like anniversary...though they ask but they do not do anything about it..
