   It has been many years since I ate at Red Lobster. I had low expectations. The food and service more than exceeded my expectations.

   We had a 6:45 reservation and when we arrived at 6:45 there were about 25 people waiting for their table. We checked in and waited for a while. Once we realized that people waited had 6pm reservations and had yet to be seated we decided to leave and went elsewhere. I got a text at 7:50 from Red Lobster saying our table was ready. I can understand you have to wait a little bit when you have a reservation but over an hour is unacceptable.

   In all the years I've been a customer at this Red Lobster, I've never had a bad frozen Margarita ... until this last visit. It turns out, after returning it, that the bartender was otherwise engaged & the task of making the Margaritas fell to one of the waiters. Our server was very accommodating in returning them. Other than that, the food was excellent, as was the service.

   bad choice the food is terrible I ask for the catch of the day and it didn't had taste at all!! I definitely don't recommend it

   We've dined there many times but this was the first through Open Table. The person at the front desk had no idea of Open Table & seated us ... but somehow our Open Table request was listed as NO SHOW. Please educate the restaurant re this matter!
