   Wonderful experience! I love the Red Lobster in Orange Park - it is just one restaurant in Jacksonville area. I really enjoy the food, drinks, atmosphere and good prices. Definitely strongly recommended!

   Great food the cook did not disappoint. Came out hot and Khalani was my waitress and she did such an amazing job, always kept our cups full and checked in . She is awesome.

   Mostly okay but my salmon wasn’t fresh so I didn’t eat it. The rest of my food was good.

   Do not use open table for your reservation at Ted Lobster, they Do Not use Open Table for reservations. The waitress did get us seated immediately and everything went well.

   I ordered the Salmon New Orleans which was good but my husband and father in law both got crab legs which were practically inedible. There was no flavor, the shells were too soft, and the meat was falling apart in small pieces. It seemed like they were either overcooked or reheated. We have come here many times with no issue however the last couple times the crab was terrible. Service and other food was still good so we will try again but unfortunately no more crab.

   Red Lobster gave our appetizer to another table while the waitress told us it was coming out twice. Onsite manager offered to comp the appetizer while our main dinner had come out. We declined. She went on to say it wasn't the waitresses fault. While we weren't interested in whose fault it was, I would have thought whomever took our order should ensure the food ordered is what reaches our table.

   Once seated everything was very good…quick friendly service and tasty food…I will say we waited at the restaurant for almost 1.5 hours after we arrived even though we had added our name to the OpenTable sit 30mins before arriving and being told it was going to be 15 mins

    Shared time with family, haven’t been in awhile , thought it would be good value for 6 but probably could have done better with food somewhere else for the price.Glad open table providing points, plus there was no wait for seating, service good except silverware wait.
