   Never received my salad and still got charged for it even though she did offer a free dessert and waitress kept forgetting things like refills on drinks. Worst experience ever.

   Lobster Fest was mediocre at best. No flavor and overcooked. The cheddar bay biscuits are always good, though!

   I actually made a mistake and booked the reservation at the wrong Red Lobster. We did not go to the Springdale location- but instead went to the Cincinnati Mills location. I didn’t know how to change the location- so if you can - they deserve this review. The food- service- the manager- and the overall evening was great. We had a nice dinner and will definitely go back.

   The create your own feast was delicious: 2 premium, 2 classics, 2 sides--Reasonable price. Watermelon martini was delicious! Husband had a lobster punch, he said it was good! Server was good, she was training someone during her shift. Sat promptly, ordered immediately, food came out hot, they forgot to bring part of my food but it was taken care of quickly.

   Dustin, our server, might have been the only server in the restaurant. He was fine, food was slow to come out. Fried food might have been the way to go. My garlic skewered shrimp was dry and tasteless and the potatoes were a weird texture. The only redeeming thing were the Brussels sprouts. $100 for three people, water and soft drinks only was a little ridiculous for this caliber of food.

    Nice seafood dinner - quality of food is always consistent. A shout-out to Dustin, our server. He was attentive and fun, and a definite asset to Red Lobster Springdale Road. Thanks!
