   Family dinner. Food was served as ordered, in an appropriate amount of time. Prices are a bit high, but seemed fair.

   We had reservations an ordered our food. After waiting 45 minutes we decided we weren't going to wait longer to bring out our food. Were told over and over by our server our food was almost out but never came. That's too long to wait after already order our food

   The server was great and the lobster tails were awesome. We were celebrating a birthday and they brought out a special birthday dessert for us that was also delicious. All in all, a lovely evening!

   Red Lobster has gone downhill. Quality of food has gone down. Service was decent. Value is not at par with the quality of food. Place had an old grungy feel to it. Floor underneath our table was filthy.

   Went there to celebrate mom’s birthday. She had a great time and loved the food. The girl who took a pic of us was WONDERFUL we bought two pics grate memories

   Food was excellent and they had a couple of deals which made dining a super value. Wine and Beer for $5 and All you can eat shrimp for $20. Service a little slow as the kitchen was backed up with all those shrimp orders.

   My parents came inside to notify the host that they had priority seating reserved, but they were not greeted by a "hello". Instead, my mom greeted them and they said "hold on" while looking at the dining room. Overall service wasn't super great considering the price of everything.

   Our appetizer was delivered with one of the two cole slaws we ordered with our entree. We did not ask for the cole slaw to be brought with the appetizer. Then our entree was brought to us while we were in the middle of eating the appetizer.

    I was greeted by a hostess with a horrible attitude. She even went off on me and then walked off the job. Then the manager, Julie or Julia whatever her name is also met me with a snobbish attitude when she tried to say that she was giving good customer service, and what she wasn’t, my waitress was amazing but they kept messing up our food orders and it took an hour and a half for our food to come
