Barbeque grew up in the South of the USA where cooks learned to slow roast cuts of meat over fire pits to make them tender. Exposure to the smoke of the smouldering wood added a distinctive smoky taste to the meat. The process could take many hours, leaving the meat tender and juicy.

Our award-winning smokers have been imported from the USA and are built to recreate the cooking process of those original fire pits. We smoke for up to 16 hours using the traditional American woods of hickory and mesquite to give a full smoke flavour.

    Servers were quite helpful and efficient. The restaurant has a nice cowboy western ambiance. Food was edible but overall not memorable. not good value for money

    Went here based on 2 things - searched maps for burgers and then reviewed pictures. The stacked burgers in this place were amazing. Sometimes the taste might not be as good as the look, but this was by far one of the best burgers I have eaten in London and I visit London quite a lot. Really good beer, all the starters were amazing. I will be coming back soon to try some of the other burgers.

    Although not cheap, the food was still good value in that the platter we shared between the 2 of us was a generous portion and had on it about the best burger and ribs that I've had in the UK. The meat was tender, soft and full of flavour. The staff were attentive and I will definitely be back to try other dishes.

    The place smaller than we thought which is ok. Played good country music and the atmosphere was pleasant. We ordered starters of mozzarella sticks which arrived 5 mins after ordering, they were nice. We ordered the USS platter for the brisket as thats what we had been looking forward to most. However, the whole platter was mediocre at best. We had 4 pieces of brisket, chicken wings, smoked sausages and some other bits but it all tasted the same, it was barely hot and overall seemed to have just been zapped in the microwave. We had a side of mac cheese which again was barely warm just not particularly nice. It was £113 in total which was very expensive for something that was hugely disappointing! Wouldn’t really recommend and would advise not to waste your money.

    Misleading price for the platter. It’s really overpriced for what it is. 3 people paid £103 for a meat platter.

    Im a big fan of this restaurant. Its sad to see the quality and size of the pork ribs declining over time. Its becoming similar to other restaurants in the area whereas before it was comparable to no other!
