   Very disappointed considering it’s part of a Hilton Hotel. Chicken strips came burnt and were sent back. The pizza I ordered eventually came out and tasted like a frozen pizza from Iceland. The base wasn’t fresh and toppings had little taste. The lady serving us was was very pleasant but took a long time for the food to to come out considering it wasn’t very busy. Expensive and disappointing.

   This was perfect for our pre-concert dining. Food service was quick, hot and tasty. The restaurant where we were seated was empty so no atmosphere although it was a lovely dining area. Not an issue for us as it was a quick stop before we headed to the Utilita.

   Second work dinner here with colleagues who have wheelchairs/hearing aids/invisible disabilities. We absolutely loved our experience and could hear each other talking! We had wonderful service from the team. I loved my chicken wings and burger meal. My sticky toffee pudding was slightly dry/lacked sauce and moisture. It’s non halal food now so we will consider elsewhere in the future if this remains an issue.

   Booked Recess for a Sunday afternoon at 2.30 thinking it would be quite busy for Sunday lunch. It was not. We were the only people in the large restaurant and the menu was the standard one nothing to do with the fact that it was Sunday Ended up with a burger, that we could have had in the bar, that was OK but nothing exceptional. The whole experience was far from what we expected and certainly not to be repeated.

   Many thanks for your feedback. We have debated the Sunday Roast Question many times, Sadly for a city centre hotel the amount of guests that enquire for Sunday roast is minimal and certainly not viable but we will continue to monitor this. Many thanks again for your thoughts.

   I love having breakfast here it’s a shame the night receptionist ruined my overall experience however Reece’s and the Brindley Place security made it so much better for me in the morning

   Food is very poor quality, basically a Dr Oetker pizza for £16 and the chick wings were obviously cash n carry being identical to a Premier Inn. 12.5% service added autonatically to which you then pay VAT on top of is a joke. There are many restaurants right on the doorstep but being a solo traveller isnt always good going alone but in this case I certainly will in future and avoid eating here.

   Not a la carte. Food one up from a McDonalds. Not great value. Bar prices extortionate. Main restaurant was reserved for dining party, so restricted to bar area. Limited seats available, some not very comfortable or suited to dining at a table.

   Food was tasty. What I didn’t like was the automatic tip added on when there was no special service provided! I would prefer to tip if I thought it was worth it.

   Had a bit of a wait even though we booked for 12.30 they had to clean the floor!!! Service was good and so was the food. Music was a bit depressing.

    Fantastic food and service. We booked late and didn’t know what to expect we loved the pizzas. Really close to utilita arena. Would definitely eat here again.
