   Unfortunately on this occasion the experience was not a good one. Restaurant was very quiet so service should have been good and attentive but unfortunately it was not. Staff appeared more interested to get finished and go home rather than look after us. They spent the evening busying themselves with other tasks rather than making sure we were happy. We had to ask for dessert menus and when we came to order we were advised that the chef had gone home for the night. Our booking was for 8:30pm so the kitchen should stay open until all the diners have left. At least advise us that the kitchen was due to close and make sure we have everything that we would like would have been something. In all it was not a good experience and I will not be taking clients back there.

   I booked the restaurant for Mothers' Day lunch. When the food came, with my wife and son ordering a burger, it was evident that the meat was more processed than fresh, as there was not the 'minced beef' look of a fresh burger - it had a more solid, dense look. I ordered a 10oz rib eye steak, medium rare. When cutting in to it, the meat was grey all the way through-more well dione. I asked for it to be sent back. The resulting steak was better, but not the best. The fries were not cooked properly and hard in the middle-the rest of the family's fries were perfect. The staff were not to be seen for additional drinks, which was disappointing. When the bill came, the waiter said that the cost of the drinks would be removed for the inconvenience.

   RBG Bar and Grill looks good, its a pity the food wasn't. My friend had a ceaser salad with chicken, hardly any chicken just a lot of lettuce and not value for money. I had a club sandwich, the quality of the bread used was that of a value brand from a supermarket again not value for money. We won't be going back nor will we be raving about our experience to others.

   RNG Bar and Grill, Aberdeen. OK food, but the menu would suit a pub more than a hotel. A pleasant enough place to eat if you are staying at the hotel, but not for a "night out".

   Friendly service at this restaurant, which is part of the Park Inn Hotel. The food was tasty and nicely presented, though the steaks in particular were rather pricey, as you may expect from a hotel restaurant. There were a decent few wines by the glass, and the service was friendly and helpful.

   Efficient service but only 3 tables occupied Sat at 8 giving a somewhat lonely feel. Soft drinks expensive.

   Good, friendly service. Food was ok, starters were good but mains tasted a bit on the bland side. The toptable deal was good value for money. Was pretty quiet when we were there, but it is a bit out of the way. Would return again if the menu got a bit more adventurous.

   We had a lovely evening, food was delicious and service was excellent. I would recommend it and i'm sure we will be bcak again soon.

    Really enjoyed the RBG Bar and Grill in the Park Inn by Radisson in Aberdeen. Had the set 3 course menu with the glass of champagne, really great value for £20. Food was good, staff where friendly and very helpful.
