Excellent restaurant amid plenty of high quality restaurants in top Vegas hotels. In this 2nd visit as an out of town visitor, we had mushroom ravioli with food gras (off menu), Aligue garlic shrimp, shrimp cake salad. Mushroom ravioli tastes superb, others excellent too. The owners are super hospitable and put customers at ease.

Rang’s Cocina in Las Vegas offers an extraordinary dining experience that left us in awe. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Benedict, who reflected the restaurant's warm and inviting ambiance. Our table of four started with the Pulpo and Gambas Chorizo appetizers, both of which were perfectly seasoned and bursting with flavor. The Aligue with garlic shrimp, Bistek, sea bass, and Binagoongang pork belly with coconut risotto were equally spectacular. Each dish was a masterpiece, with the steak and fish so tender that they practically melted in our mouths. The Binagoongang pork belly was a unique highlight, its rich flavors complemented beautifully by the creamy coconut risotto. Truly a fusion of east and west. What truly elevated our visit was the impeccable service. Benedict was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring every aspect of our meal was seamless and enjoyable. The warm, genuine hospitality made us feel at home, and the ambiance struck the perfect balance between upscale and cozy. To top it all off, the chef personally greeted us after our meal, which made our evening feel even more special. Rang’s Cocina is not just a restaurant; it's an unforgettable culinary journey, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Menu intrigued me and so I finally made it over to Rang's for lunch. Was greeted instantly and shown to a prepared two-top. Atmosphere: A high-low setting; melamine plates, diner silverware on paper napkins alongside a stark neutral color palette, twisted napkin-shaped light fixtures, plants on black shelves, and sketches depicting Latin scenes. Music was pop-song covers. Food- Mushroom Soup ($9): Fine. Thinner broth type, with the mushrooms shredded rather than sliced. Croutons were good. Lengua Salpicao ($19): Tender slightly chewy cubes, loads of garlic, a touch salty. Presented in a dish which shape (purposely?) resembled its contents in original form, as did the three crostini. Would have preferred more baguette slices to scoop up the sauce and meat, but menu listed $3 for five slices, so abstained. Opera Cake ($9): Very pretty with a good mirror chocolate top. Delicate chocolate and coffee flavor. Can of Sprite was $3. Value: Varies; might seem a trifle high for some menu items, but good for the more unusual offerings. Service: Very friendly.

We had a wonderful dinner at Rang‘s. I believe it was busier than usual because it was Valentine’s Day but the food and service were excellent. Rang is an amazing chef and our server, her husband Benedict, was wonderful. We really enjoyed the innovative food that is clearly made with love. This restaurant is family owned and the care they put into it is clear and makes it a unique experience. Visit them!

This is an excellent place to dine. Great ambiance! Delectable food! The lengua appetizer is a must try. I also love the salmon and goat cheese appetizer, but my friends wanted to try a couple of different appetizers. My favorite pasta is the mushroom ravioli, but I got the pesto garlic shrimp this time, which was just as good. The lemon tart dessert is my favorite. My husband and I have come here several times and booked my birthday dinner here with about 17 people. It was so much fun and affordable for delicious food. If I could list all our favorite dishes, this review would be too long. This place is a true Vegas hidden gem. They also have a lunch period on the weekend, but we usually go for dinner. Don't let the location fool you into thinking the food isn't great. This place is a good 30 or so minutes with traffic away from my house, but I would still go there and bring family and friends with me. My youngest, who is so picky with food, loves the Bisteca. This is a kid who could just eat bean and cheese burritos or over easy eggs all day every day. The chef is wonderful, and her husband, who runs the front, is amiable. Take the time to try this place. You won't regret it.

Rang’s Cocina Moderne is a great spot. Welcoming & chill vibe, friendly & attentive service (Thank You Benedict), good wine list, and a very good menu. Our favorite bites are their Gambas y Chorizo, and their Scallops w/ Squid Ink Rizzotto. We recommend Rang’s Cocina Moderne
