   Worst experience I have had at the restaurant. I’ll probably come back based on prior good experiences but today was a black mark for sure. We couldn’t even get melted butter for a lobster tail, not to mention the options that were unavailable (Mac and Cheese and one of the desserts) despite us being there at 5:00.

   Recently I went to Ramsey's Kitchen and Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas. I was in aww by the customer service and by the food preparation at both locations. Being that Gordon Ramsey holds a high expectation this recent visit in Oklahoma city was complete disappointment. From the server showing lack of enthusiasm on being our server to forgetting to ensure our drinks were refilled to medium rare steaks being cooked well, I must say I was a bit bummed from the Ramsey's Kitchen in Oklahoma City. When asked for a wine paring with the Filet, the server looked at us as if we did not know what we were talking about as well as forgetting to mention that a few items on the menu were available until the chef mentioned it to her. Its a bit of a mislead when we order then having to re-order because of items not "in stock"..

   We were seated quickly and all the workers there were so nice and friendly! We ordered the rolls to start with and they said they had just run out of them. There really isn’t anything else on the menu to share as a starter so we ordered truffle fries but there were only enough for 2 people and we had 5 of us. Two of us ordered the beef Wellington and it was excellent! 2 of us ordered shrimp and lobster spaghetti and it was awful! No flavor and cold. 1 ordered the fish and chips and the fish batter wasn’t cooked all the way through. We will not be going back. The beef Wellington was good but not worth the price since it didn’t come with any sides.

   10/10 HIGHLY recommend to everyone! Bryce, our server, was very knowledgeable about every item on the menu and his recommendations did not disappoint!! We will be back!

   The food was incredicle. We have been a few times. The reason I am writing this is because of the (what I assume was) manager. We went on 4/12 and had a reservation. We asked if the patio was getting a lot of wind today before being sat. The manager was standing there and laughed at us in a condescending way. Then said “its mother nature, you get what you get”. The nice host ignored the manager and answered our question. Later in the evening. I has impulsively ordered a second glass of wine. I decided before I got it, that I did not need that second glass (i dont drink often and I could feel it lol). So I let the waitress know I wouldn’t be drinking it and nobody at my table wanted it, so I asked her to take it back. We were then approached very loudly by the manager asking what was wrong with the wine. I explained that I just didnt want to drink it, I dont drink often, and I dont mind paying for it. She was still loud and honestly embarrassing us. Saying things like we have never had wine returned, I need to know what was wrong with it. Then when I let her know I just didnt want it she kept loudly apologizing. My whole dinner party was confused and embarrassed.

   We made a res but always prefer dining at the bar. It was wide open so we hopped up on some stools and got started. ALL of the staff were so nice and attentive. Frankie and Monique were outstanding. The food was so amazing, it definitely met all of my expectations for a Gordon Ramsay restaurant! We will drive back up from Tulsa again. 💚

    We came during the afternoon on a Friday and there weren't many diners inside. Beautiful and quiet atmosphere, the weather didn't permit us to sit on the patio. Service was excellent. My date and I are adventurous eaters, and we ordered the Express Lunch. The Harvest salads were delicious; the dressings were tasty and fresh! My date wasn't very hungry, so he ordered a burger and fries: it was just a burger, nothing special at all. We expected more flavor; however, the brioche bun was good. I had the Buttered chicken: the spiced creamy red sauce wasn't very good: it had a very bold, off-putting flavor almost like eating pure, thick tomato paste! I left most of it uneaten. The date cake was very good, and we both enjoyed it. We both decided we will not come back for a dinner, as there are many other quality restaurants in OKC with better pricing and food.
