   Decent meal. We both had the Spicy lobster ramen & it was good but nothing to ring home about. Very short staffed & slow on business. Lobster was tough but everything was seasoned well. 3 of 5 stars..

   The atmosphere, food and location were great. However the service was incredibly slow the night we were there. Unfortunate because there weren’t many tables seated. But great ramen!

   The burger was delicious but didn't really like the lobster ramen. Little overpriced in my opinion, but hey its Miami.

   Slow and inattentive service on a quiet night. Lobster and chicken were dry and overcooked. $40+ for 2 ramen was not worth it here.

   Completely understaffed this evening, the poor waiter did his best but couldn’t make up for the utter fail in the kitchen. I’ve dined here many times before and never had such a bad experience. The main courses came before the appetizer and the burger and ramen were room temperature at best. The burger I asked for medium rare was well done and the egg in the ramen was cold and there was way too much ginger in it. I had to get up and look for then ask for a spoon and when the Cuban spring rolls arrived I believe they were just store bought egg rolls, nothing Cuban about them. And when I asked for chili oil no one had any clue what I was talking about. Not only were my husband and I disappointed but I also heard complaints from neighboring tables, one did not even get drinks until they were almost finished with their meal. It’s really sad to see a place that I have very much enjoyed and recommended in such a poor state. Management needs to make some drastic changes or I don’t see it lasting too much longer.

   I made a reservation, but find we didn’t need one as we got there right when it opened. Though, I’m a little disappointed because I wrote that it was for a birthday dinner....the waiter was great and the food came out within 10 min (couldn’t believe it). We ordered the Pork Tonkotsku ramen and while my partner loved it, I found it to be oily (layer of oil sitting at the top). If this is how it’s traditionally made, please excuse me. Just wanted to mention that just in case. Otherwise, the vibe is just great for anyone who is into Japanese culture: the neon signs, the artwork on the walls, anime playing in the background. Just very chill vibe.

   It was my birthday and it was one for the books. The people at the restaurant were super nice and they treated me like royalty. I love the place. The people and the food. It a win win for everyone that goes there.

    This place used to be my favorite Casual spot in South Beach. But that is when this place was called "K Ramen." The place has clearly gone to new management, hence the name, menu change, recipe changes, etc. It really is not the same place it used to be. I don't think I will be coming back to this place or recommending anyone to go here. The food was pretty awful which is a shame, it used to be amazing! SOBE loses another good spot!
