   Went there before a show at the Rosemont theater, great location for that. Food was actually pretty good, had their Red's IPA and really enjoyed it. The service was a little off but we had a brand new server so can't hold that against them. The facility itself looks a little worn out and could use some updates, atmosphere was combination dive bar/greek diner sort of feel

   The food here is always very good. I have never been disappointed. Just a nice place to catch up with friends or catch a meal with your family.

   Drinks took 30 minutes. We were eating before a concert, and honestly, drinks were pretty important. Massive fail for that!! They were slammed, so I get it, but I figure it’s not their first. There was a concert that night. The food was ok. I wouldn’t return.

   Was a complete trainwreck on Saturday 2/22. Was seated at 5:00. Ordered drinks a few minutes later. Was finally given the drinks 15 minutes later. Ten minutes after saying we wanted to order - they took the order. One hour and 2 minutes after - the food arrived. It took an hour to get food. And they forgot to bring mine. At that point I didn't care to eat as we had a concert down the road and just wanted to get there because we were going to be late. But after everyone was about done, they tried to bring my plate - and one of our soups. Sure - who wouldn't want soup for desert. Not sure why this restaurant was such a mess on a Saturday night. It is not a new establishment. I watched 2 groups walk out - and 2 more complaining about the wait times to get anything. Looks like they sure could benefit from putting a help wanted sign out there. I usually give second chances, but there are too many choices around this place to ever think I would be back.

   I made a reservation through OPENTABLE at Rosemont, IL location. I added a special note stating it's a surprise birthday celebration for my Fiance. I also called the morning of to confirm the reservation and said it's a surprise birthday party. When we arrived there was not a hostess at stand. We saw the rest of our party & sat ourselves. We ordered our food and I spilled my drink while server (Alex V. ) was taking my order. Instead of getting napkins to clean up the spill he stood there and attempted to continue take my order. I had to ask for napkins and he said "Do you want the napkins now or after you order the food?" I told him "now thanks", eventhough he saw the drink spill over table and menu. The food came promptly & tasted good. My fiance order a cake but no candle was added or an acknowledgment of his birthday. Lastly when we all received our bill, the server Alex V., stood over each person as we signed and added tip which to me was overbearing.

   Our food was good, our server, while nice, did not live up to my normal expectations. We had to constantly ask her for things..towards the end of our meal, she explained that her shift was ending, so she wanted to settle the bill..we were not done eating, and might have had some dessert or even drinks. Never have I ever had a waitress tell us we had to settle the bill because she was leaving..usually, a server hands over the table/duty to the next server, and explains to the customers that she/he is leaving and the new server will take care of your needs.
