   Great place to celebrate kids birthdays or family gatherings. Love the lightening and sounds of the animals. Is pretty loud. Tables seem to close together. Otherwise, we loved it.

   We have been here several times and really like it here. The service is always good, the food is great and the jungle theme is entertaining.

   This isn’t the rainforest Café that it used to be right upon entering we had to wait a while even though we had reservations and then when we got in we ordered our food pretty quickly but the wait for the food was very long in the meantime we were asked for our picture to be taken for free and we said no and while we watched the photographer go to the next table and give them a sales pitch for 10 minutes about their free photo and what other photos he’s Taken we listen to the happy birthday song being saying continuously every 10 minutes or less the food was very expensive and my daughters spaghetti look like it was missing most of the sauce like the sauce just came from the bottom of the can and they ran out. It was dried and it was not tasting good. It tasted sweet. They replaced her meal with hamburgers which look like had McDonald’s buns on them. They didn’t give us silverware we had to wait 10 minutes to eat because we needed silverware. They gave us only three napkins for our silverware and they gave us one less straw for our drinks than we needed as we continue to listen to the happy birthday song every 10 minutes it was my daughter‘s birthday so they offered to sing her about happy birthday and tell her that that we’re gonna celebrate her birthday which they eventually did but they didn’t tell us that it would cost $20 and we wouldn’t have no way of knowing because they had already taken our menus previously to that it wasn’t a great experience in my food was also extremely tasteless. I had the blackened fish tacos and my daughter did not like her macaroni and cheese looking Alfredo that she got off the kids menu. they were asking every single table if it was their birthday I think because they were trying to sell the lava cake and whatever other birthday surprise they had without even telling people the cost first and another thing is one of their menus which was a giant menu had no prices on it.

   my daughter and I had a great time at the rainforest Café. Our server was enthusiastic and likable. The food was very good portion size was large definitely enough to take home for another meal. We liked sitting by the elephants and enjoying the thunderstorm.

   Service was very slow. The food office are overpriced and not the healthiest. The value for the pricing was sub par.

   It was our first time there and the kids loved the thunderstorms and watching the sky chance colors. It was great they had gluten free options.

   Prices are way too high for the quality of the food. This is a great place to visit for the atmosphere. Otherwise, choose a place with better prices and food quality. It wasn't worth the wait.

    Kids loved it, especially the “thunderstorms” and the decor. Service was exceptional. Food is typically touristy food; tasted fine, but pretty expensive. The cocktails and mockails were delicious. Note that you don’t go there for Michelin-starred food, you go there for the experience!
