   The food was delicious, they were severely understaffed with two people running through all three of their restaurants, the restaurant was FREEEEEEZING, and it was insanely loud in Radcliffe's because of a kids party in their other restaurant next door

   Was visiting from out of town and wanted to have a steak dinner. Googled ones around my hotel and this one came up. So happy we went...actually the best steak have ever had! I will definitely return on my next visit :)

   They’ve changed the layout of the restaurant to be three in one - with a family pizza place at one end and a pizza/sports bar on the other end with their “fine dining” restaurant stuck in between - with no doors separating them. The menu was priced like you were at Gaucho but the steaks were like you were at Outback. The heirloom tomato salad was beefsteak tomatoes at best and overall it was just an expensive disappointment. The reviews are a carryover from when it was Katie’s on the Lake, which is misleading. Wish we would’ve had pizza, they may have done a better job of that.

   We came in on a quiet Friday night, end of summer weekend with most of the local crowd elsewhere or out of town. The ambience was initially annoying and depressing - they had old timey cheesey 1950's standards playing, the kind of music that went out with your grandparents. We requested a switch to modern jazz, the hostess eagerly agreed and suddenly the place was transformed into a modern-chic steakhouse, fitting the well designed modern space. Owners take notice, the 1950's ambience that may still be acceptable in midwest steakhouses, does not go over well in our locale. Chef's menu didn't disappoint - Filet Mignon and Wild Salmon courses were both perfectly cooked and served. Prices are on par with Puget sound mid-range restaurants, but if you're one of the budget crowd looking for a cheap, huge pile of crappy food, go elsewhere. One improvement can be in the wine offerings - specifically there are only two (!) red choices by the glass and similar for whites.

   The food was excellent and our service was sublime. Andrew was exceptional in providing information and was attentive. Bravo to the team at Radcliffe for making this a must go local restaurant!

    I was excellent Ted to try them out but was pretty disappointed. They place was extremely loud and I could barely hear myself think let alone have a conversation with the person I was dining with. Food was good but definitely not worth the $200 tab for two people. Doubt I’ll be back.
