   We popped in for a quick dinner before the game at All State Arena. Service was prompt & friendly from Gabriela. Curds for appetisers came out swiftly & were very good. Mains followed equally swiftly. The catfish tacos were ok, & the loaded baked potato was rather al dente! My husband thought his burger was average. Loved the Nutella Brownie, the apple pie was just too much food at the end of my husband’s meal. Unfortunately once we requested our check it took almost 15 minutes before we finally got it, luckily we had timed our dinner to allow us to make it to the game on time. If we are back in the area we will give the restaurant another go as there are more items on the menu that we would like to try.

   The food was ok. We had a table of 5 and all of our food came room temperature. The servers were extremely busy so the service was ok for the time of night we were there. Overall everything was ok. Not awful but not great.

   This was one of the worst dining experiences of my entire life. I don't even know where to begin. Incredibly poor service and a waitress with an attitude. The food was dry and tasteless and on the expensive side for BBQ. Needless to say, no I would not recommend, and I will not be returning.

   Always friendly attentive staff. Love the cheese curds. Can always count on delicious bbq. The broccoli was delicious. A comfortable local dining place.

   The service is absolutely terrible. The food was no better. I asked to speak to a manager after 20 minutes I was told no one was available. Beyond the service and food the worst part of this experience was having to pay for it.

   We were seated in the bar area at a high top and there was only another couple eating at the bar. Nevertheless, the wait for the food was too long. No one came by for drink orders until we flagged someone down. Then the food took a long time to arrive. So much so that the manager took off our appetizer from the bill. I’ve always liked Rack House but this time it wasn’t a good experience. We have a lot of restaurant choices in the area so I’m not sure we will return anytime soon.

   Birthday celebration with group of friends. Food is always good but service was sub par at best. Server started out very attentive but as the evening progressed we would have to flag her down to get service. A few time she said she was busy. For the birthday celebration we had to ask for a candle. Server also said that she’s not singing.

    Thankful for a large group room but we felt bad to keep the restaurant open for us on a holiday. We’d go back!
