   Fantastic food, great service. We were going to be about 8 minutes past our reservation ... which was their very last seating time. I called to ask if that would be ok and they alerted the kitchen that we were coming. Shrimp and grits was amazing. The staff was so friendly and engaging. Loved it!!

   This was some of the most delicious food I've ever had. The crawfish gravy and biscuits were heavenly. I went twice within 3 days because they were so good. The bread that came with dinner was amazing. It's a small restaurant- if you don't like noise and crowds, I suggest going at during week days. Good, prompt, friendly service.

   Just a fabulous unique little spot with fabulous unique BIG magic. Highly recommend for a casual lunch or dinner and also for any special occasion. The food is fabulous.

   We were in Fairhope for a funeral and decided to revisit R Bistro since we had such a wonderful experience there previously. A perfect place to reflect on our deceased friend who had taken us there 2 years ago. Great food, service (Jacob), and ambience!

    Very disappointed. I had tried to resolve my concerns with the manager but she did not get back to Me. It took 75 minutes to get our food ( 6 people) and slow slow slow on the appetizer, drink refills, and bill) over 2 hours in the restaurant. Two of the 6 entrees were cold and the bun and meat on the sliders was overheated.
