   Poor service and food quality was poor. We left after appetizers due to the service and quality.

   Not enough staff to serve everyone. We had nachos as an appetizer and an aged sirloin as entrees. Our nachos were not even half way done that our steaks were served. When asked to have wine, it was served in a plastic cup to my disbelief after changing it later to a plastic cup. Long wait time to get bill. Steak was perfectly cooked but I would not recommend.

   Very expensive for the quality and quantity of food provided. My daughter ordered a poke bowl that had 5 chips with 1/2 cup of poke. She was still hungry after dinner. She told the waitress that she was still hungry after her meal. Without any questions or concerns for the complaint, the waitress handed her a menu as to suggest she can reorder more food if still hungry. Won’t go back…..try LuLu’s down the street.

   Our waitress messed up our drink orders and didn’t even remember that two of us had even ordered food.

   Only serve lunch menu even for dinner. That was disappointing, but the food was good. Overpriced for what they had. The service was very slow. You don't need a reservation. It's open seating. Music and view was great. You are right beside a hotel pool, but we were sitting away from it.

   I took my girlfriend here for dinner. We sat on the patio around sunset and the view was amazing. From the beginning the service was great. The food was fantastic and not too pricy compared to other high end steakhouses.

   No host/hostess available to seat us; had to flag down a server after ten minutes of trying to find someone. Table was dirty and server seemed put out that we asked for the table to be cleaned. Food was good and view of street activity on Waikiki beach was entertaining.

   I an not sure why reservations are required when the menu consists of sandwiches and salads. I was very disappointed we were looking for a steak dinner and found sandwiches and salads instead. Also the restaurant is close to the pool. I would only recommend this restaurant if you are pool side or for lunch.

    Loved the live music, the view was beautiful. Service was slow, food was delicious but a bit over priced.
