   Servers need better training dealing with large party sizes and shouldn’t let cold food go to a table.

   We went specifically for Burger Week - was very disappointed that the employees were not even aware of what the choices were on the menu. They stated that it wasn't being "hyped" by the establishment so it wasn't a big thing for them. On Tap Menu is small, the wine list even smaller - lots of specailty drinks on the menu. The brussel sprouts were our appetizer...DELICIOUS, the burger was quite charred and salty - just ok. Not sure why I was charged $8 for a $6 burger unless i was charged for NOT having hot peppers on it! Overall it was OK - great place to hang out with friends and chill, but not a great date night experience.

   I hosted a small group outing and we had a party of 12. Our group included 3 children the establishment is kid-friendly until 8pm on weekdays! The staff was courteous and professional. The food was delicious and came on time. We ordered in waves as guests arrived and that was not a problem with our server at all. The transition from eating to bowling was a little cumbersome because the servers are different so you have to close out in the restaurant area first and then head over to bowling as a different experience. I wish I would have known that we couldn’t just continue our meals on the bowling lane. I would have chosen to bowl and order from there so our game time wouldn’t be pushed back. That was the only one small inconvenience. Overall great experience my group loved it!

   Pretty good food and sizable portions. Good craft cocktails. Service was a little uneven - entrees came before some appetizers. But the sweet potato fries are some of the best I have ever had. My biggest disappointment is that both times we have been there, we have not been able to enjoy the games/activities either due a private party or because it was ridiculously busy - there was an 1 1/2 hour wait for bowling.

   This is second visit for my office group. Our first was pretty bad (during Christmas) so we wanted to give another try as we could see potential. This visit was better with exception of food. Everyone in group (of 10) agreed food was show stopper and consistently bad; literally one level above McDonalds. Otherwise, a decent experience. The atmosphere, scenery, and games make this a place we will likely return; but certainly not to eat.

   We had a good experience. We had a party of 10 with 4 kids. The games available for the kids to play and the room to run around was great. Our server was friendly but had too many tables to tend to. Another server came to help and never hesitated to serve us. Seemed to be good teamwork going on with he staff. The kids bowled and enjoyed themselves. The lane had a issue returning balls but the staff were quick to fix when we alerted them.

    It was ok, just didn't like the fact they didn't play a variety of different music
