Always have a great time at the Purple Cafe. First time at the one in Wallingford/Fremont and it was terrific.

We visited for brunch for my wife's birthday and had a fabulous time! The food was delicious, the service was prompt, and we'd certainly do it again.

lovely experience at new Purple location on Stone Way. It's a large place and had only a few tables full which made it seem a little quiet. Ambience is lovley…lot's of wood, wine bottles, great lighting and small votives everywhere. We had the pizzza/pasta/wine special. Wine was great…pizza a little under cooked, pasta was nice. Friends has fish and clams which they seemed to enjoy. limited selection for non meat eaters. Wait staff was great….Overall, a nice evening.

Tonight was our first time dining at Purple. Initially attracted by its exemplary Google rating. The plan was to live on the Sharables until we saw their Seattle Restaurant Week menu with its array of choices. Generous portions and exceptional food. We can attest to superb steelhead and braised short rib. We carried food home. There is a unique plus for Purple. It's attached to a parking garage. No parking blocks away. This is a godsend if a member of your party is mobility challenged. Come for the parking, stay for the food. Don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

The short ribs that I have ordered was more appropriate for dinner, heavy and also had very little short ribs in. The server who was also the host had a snippy attitude. I would not go back there again

Tasty dinner and excellent service. We had an early reservation and very quiet when we arrived but super busy by the time we left. We’d definitely go back as the food was great and service on point.

We were excited to go for brunch today. Lots on the menu to choose from. However the prices are out of control. $25 for 1/2 a bagel with cream cheese, lox and fixings? Yes only 1/2 of the bagel comes dressed and there is a small amount of lox. No wonder I was hungry in an hour. $13 for a Mimosa? $7 for a very small cup of fruit? Nice place but much too expensive. Service is just okay. Unfortunately this is a one and done for brunch.
