PURE Thai Cookhouse is a genuine Thai shophouse-style restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen that features homemade noodles from a prized family recipe. PURE specializes in signature dishes you would find from the many vendors and shophouses from the farmlands of Phayao, in the North to the floating markets of Ratchaburi in Central Thailand, to the oceans and fishing villages of Krabi in the South. Amazing food in a small space in Hell's Kitchen. Fresh ingredients, efficient and attentive service. Spice level is perfect. Good selection of beer. One of our favorites.

Very cute small restaurant, get to walk through the kitchen to greet to the tables on the back side. Food was great. Passion fruit mojito was very good.

What an oasis! Authentic, yummy Thai fare served at a very fair price in an authentic setting with cozy vibe by great, passionate staff. Every time I'm in NY, I try to eat here.

The noodle bowls were delicious. I got the braised duck noodle that had depth of flavor! And Lychee Martini This is place was a great value!

Our food was good and the server was knowledgeable. My lunch companion was very interested in learning about the spice/heat level of various dishes and he was helpful so she could decide. It was not busy so we were able to chat for a while. The chairs are not comfortable and the tables are very close to each other, not unlike many places on Ninth Ave.
