   Comfortable, intimate space with fresh and delicious food. Service was attentive and helpful. The music was hypnotic and soothing too. Great place to relax, and enjoy an evening out.

   Initial experience was too loud and at our spot way too cold as we had anHVAC blowing cold air on us. In the first 5 minutes we were ready to leave. I am so happy we stayed. First a huge shout out to Rhey, who took care of us. She got the cold air warmed and made 2 recommendations that were home runs. All in all the food was very good and the heavy bass beat sort of settled into the background. Opened with the peppers which were good, but not great. From there to the mussels, they are raw!!!!!!! We enjoyed them, lots of citrus helped them along. My wife had the Trout which was exceptional and i had the Chivito which was so tastee. We had the rice, yummee and sweet potato fries which were to die for. The cocktails were excellent, but expand your bourbon selection. In closing we give it 4.5 out of five due to the loudness of the DJ. It was almost impossible to hear. The experience was a direct result of Rhey.she was engaged, not afraid to recommend and generally an enjoyment to us. We will go back and ask for her. One last thought, counter can mean DJ booth or kitchen. We thought it was the later and were disappointed at our location. The website can do better with descriptions of seating.

   I was very happy to celebrate my birthday dinner here 1st time to dine and did not disappoint. Will come back for sure. Service is great, food is excellent vibe is wonderful

   I walked in with high expectations, especially since Barda is a personal fav. Puma has a few Barda feels, but certainly its own place which is great. DJ booth was a surprise and honestly I didn’t love right when we walked in, but definitely grew on me throughout the dinner and I left a big fan. Empanada was slightly off my Barda standards, but the Milanese and trout were phenomenal. My date had a cocktail that was a little off, but second round hit the mark. I had three of the same drink, it was so good. All in all, it’s a 4.5 from me and another big hit, def don’t miss out.

   Last week, the Detroit Free Press named Puma the year's best restaurant. Now I see why. It is unique. Everything was outstanding. Food was fabulous. I would go back for the Bolivian chicken, the empanada and the jicima salad. Service was excellent - friendly, attentive but not obtrusive. The ambiance is funky. The noise level might bother some, but it was not too loud for conversation.

   Puma was a fantastic experience, the ambiance and vibe overall was amazing beginning with the aesthetic as you walk up. The DJ spinning adds to the whole experience and the smell of the fire from the kitchen takes it up to a whole other level. The food was excellent, we tried a number of things and each was perfectly done from the Choripan, the Trout and Shishito peppers. Drinks were fantastic and our waitstaff was so cool and attentive. My new favorite place, probably the coolest place around.

   Great food, great ambience. Will definitely go back again but will reserve much earlier to get a table instead of counter next time.
