   The food options were more limited than we thought based on looking at pictures. It’s mostly a tacos place which is not what we wanted. They recommend 3 each but that’s too much as they’re stuffed. The flautas were very hard and not flavorful. The upgraded salsas were of mostly a hot variety that we found odd. The chips were also very hard and lacked salt. Our waiter was great though.

   The food was awesome but our server really seemed to not be enjoying his job. It also was weird that all the other wait staff seemed to be not really digging being there either. Other tables near us were talking about that as well. Drinks were mid at best. But the food was super tasty and and prepared quite well.

   The tacos are incredible... our table tried just about every type and liked them all...especially the Heroe taco on their secret menu. (Lobster and onion strings.) We also had the guacamole which I thought was really good, but it had a lot of lemon juice added and a couple people in our group were turned off by that. The ceviche (blue fin) was delicious! I highly recommend Puesto!

   Great tacos, good drinks. Great service. I really love the outdoor patio is peaceful and great ambiance. Highly recommended!

   The server who brought our drinks spilled an entire Paloma on my co-worker. She was a good sport about it & he was obviously apologetic (accidents happen, we all get it), and he quickly brought her a towel to clean up the spill along with a fresh drink. That being said the manager on duty didn’t even come over to see if everything was ok, or offer to comp her drink; which having worked in a few restaurants is SOP (along with offering to cover dry cleaning if necessary). Overall experience was decent, but they need to work on their customer service skills.

   The restaurant is nice and the food is very good. I would recommend it. My issue was with the wait time. I had a reservation and still was not able to get seated until 20 minutes after my reservation time. It seemed like other customers had a similar issue as well. My waiter was very nice but took a while to get our food orders and I just found that we would be searching for the waiter sometimes because we would be waiting for something.

   Puesto is my first stop every time I come to San Diego. Everything is fresh and delicious. I love their margaritas, they’re kind of expensive, but they’re stout. The guacamole is flavorful and fresh. I also get the Baja fish tacos which are always a hit.

   Fantastic food! The mango & dragonfruit shrimp ceviche is the best ceviche ever! Lobster & tamarind shrimp tacos are top notch. Yummy drinks. Best service in San Diego!

   Friends and I had dinner here two nights in a row. Great food - perhaps the best chicken mole enchilada I've ever had.
