Provisional is a sprawling, sunlit communal dining space featuring a Vittoria Coffee espresso bar, bistro tables, and a retail space set within a greenhouse, where guests can shop a curated collection of homeware, ceramics, apothecary items, pantry staples, and jewelry.

    My husband came here for brunch on a Sunday and shared the breakfast pizza, which I had enjoyed on a previous visit with friends. I was disappointed that they were out of their delicious cinnamon rolls, but we ordered the Basque cheesecake which is very good. I was pleasantly surprised when our server, without me asking, comped us on the cheesecake to make up for my disappointment over them not having any cinnamon rolls. That was a very nice gesture. Service is consistently good here.

    Horrible service. The kitchen chef his name is chef Daniel. I ordered truffle pizza and they didn't have truffle so he used truffle paste instead. Ordered octopus and he burnt it to death. Hostess that sat us down served half the food and server served the other half the food. Wine list forget about it they don't even have a wine list. Listen I love Pandry hotel but this place stay away. They just simply don't know what they are doing.

    Surprisingly excellent food from the hotel restaurant and their tasting menu was outstanding. The wine pairing was an extraordinary value. Service was also superb. The 16-year-olds had pizza and loved them. Very good experience!

    Service was exceptional. I got the birria bowl. For the price I think I expected a bit higher food quality. The dish was on the edge of inedibly salty after the first few bites, no acid, giant stalk to cilantro (for the vibes?). A wedge of lime or a quick pickle on the red onions and a fine chop on the cilantro would have made a world of difference.

    We were in town for a quick weekend getaway and want someplace new a different. The chef's Sunday Special of Smoked Pork Tenderloin was fantastic!!! We are looking forward to returning.

    Really good food and drinks; service was a little spotty. We didn’t get our cocktails until after we got our food. But overall really enjoyed our dinner and would definitely return.

    Let’s start with Nam, our server. He provided an incredible experience for us. Thank you! Now, we went on a Thursday. I booked it based on their everyday menu. When we got there, they had a “date night” menu. With the courses offered we pulled the trigger. Was incredible food, LOTS of flavor and variety. Steak, pasta (wow), amazing carrots and ended with a dessert that was literally on fire! We added the caviar service for fun since the pricing was so good. Overall, if you haven’t been to this restaurant, try a Thursday. It’s special.
