   The service and ambiance were great however the star of the show was the food. So much depth and flavor, it was fantastic! I’m definitely going back to try other things.

   What a beautiful NEW restaurant!! This is definitely a must visit NEW local restaurant in Woodland Hills. I am looking forward to the expanded menu in a month or so and coming back for breakfast! Support local businesses and give this new restaurant a visit. We had a variety of food but I dont want to give my opinion yet to such a new restaurant. I will definitely be back for dinner and in the future for breakfast. I gave some feedback to the owner and chef that made his rounds to tables. I’m wishing him and his service team all the best!!

   Excellent and creative food. The chef/owner David is welcoming and personable and makes a point to talk to tall the guests. This was our second visit and will be returning. Excited to try different dishes.

   This was our third visit to Prose, and once again, we had wonderful meal! All the dishes were light and flavorful and absolutely delicious. My strong recommendation is …ORDER THE CHEDDAR CHEESE BISCUITS WITH HONEY BUTTER AND CHIVES! Super, super, super yummy! And, of course, we couldn’t leave without a piece of their CHOCOLATE TORTE!! It’s to die for!!! However, my new favorite is the PANNA COTTA. OMG!! Every bite simply got better and better!!! From the food, to the staff, to the ambience, to the chef himself, with every visit, we fall more and more in love with Prose! A true neighborhood gem.

   We loved the chicken and scallops and the cesar salad but the chocolate desert was over the top. High top table we reserved was not available so they seated us at the smallest booth I have ever seen. It was uncomfortable and they need to remove it to add more space for remaining booths. Customer service was fantastic. Manager, Chef, and co-owner Molly stopped by to talk to us. Our waitress, Marysia, was attentive and made us feel welcome. We will definitely return, so happy to have such a great dining experience available in the SFV.

   Had a 7:15 reservation and didn't get seated until 8pm. They did offer a little prosecco but 45 min wait to get a table for 2? We almost left. Food was good but not amazing. Was looking at ordering a bottle of wine. Chose one I had not heard of at $160 for the bottle called Smokescreen. Cab from Napa. Just to check I went online to see reviews and it was selling for $38 per bottle. That's a 4x on a wine. Rip off. So I cancelled and ordered by the glass. Waitress was really nice. Food was good but wasn't a wow. We won't be back. Wish Gasolina was still there.

We never want guests waiting that long with a reservation, and we’re actively reviewing our pacing and table management to prevent this from happening again. Regarding the wine — we understand pricing can feel frustrating, especially with lesser-known producers. We curate our list to showcase small-batch and boutique labels that aren’t widely distributed, which does impact pricing, but we always want guests to feel they’re receiving value.    Was sad to see our local go to breakfast spot go and wish them the best… however last night we tried Prose , the restaurant that took its place, and… wow. Friendly staff greeted us, made sure we were ok with a small wait, the owner brought us a prosecco to tide us over then it was on to the table. Great service, a tastefully cheesy Caesar Salad followed by a phenomenal Steak Frites! My wife opted for a burger which was far better than most that I was happy to finish off for her. This place is a ten and will only be better when the liquor license comes through! Well done Prose…
