The dimly lit dining room is perfect for sipping on one of Prohibition Pig's many craft brews. The bar carries several different types of beer, from stouts to lagers to ales, but the house's specialty is its IPAs.Prohibition Pig's menu centers around its delicious smoky barbecue. Starters include pork rinds, house-made Bavarian pretzel sticks, shoestring fries and double-fried wings that can be coated with either a signature dry rub, honey habañero or sweet and sour sauce. As for main courses, diners won't leave hungry as Prohibition Pig serves huge plates like the pit smoked half chicken, chopped Eastern North Carolina style barbecue and the hand-sliced beef brisket that is smoked for 12 hours and topped with bacon BBQ sauce.
