   The menu @Primos is a wonderful mix of Italian offerings from an Arancini appetizer, pasta selections, many pizza choices, a mix of large entrees, and two make sure you save room for desserts. The chef owner is massively experienced having worked with nationally known chefs. Don’t pass up an experience there. They’ve only been open a very short time but are top notch all the way

   Although only open a couple of weeks, they have it all together. The chef owner has worked with well known chefs on the west coast and has a wealth of experience and talent. Favorites on the menu are the mussels and meatballs. Their pasta is made in house and they have 5 pasta dishes including one with bay scallops. Get to this restaurant before everyone else discovers it.

   I'm hyper critical when it comes to food. I expected to be let down by the new Italian place in san antonio. This couldn't have been farther from the truth. Fiona at the hostess stand was informative and cordial without being over bearing. Our waiter Alan was attentive without looming with us wanting for nothing. The scallop tagliatelle was delicious. With the size of the scallops I expected them to be frozen but they were fresh and were as sweet as the ocean with an aromatic sauce. The meatballs were flavorful and to your nona's standards. The true stand outs were the risotto which shined through with the creamy texture and the broth that it was cooked in shined as bright as the san antonio sun. The ravioli had a citrus pop that elevated the perfectly al dente

   We had dinner at primos for a party of 6. Usually with large parties Im always afraid I will not get great service due to challenges with service and food,etc but this was not the case. Primos feels like you are at your house being cooked by a fantastic chef and just having a great time with your friends with the added perk of not having to do dishes at the end haha. When you walk in you feel such great energy that irradiates from the servers who throughout the whole night were so friendly and attentive. They all work together to provide a wonderful experience for every table. Then moving on to the foood, the apps, pastas and pizzas were to die for. All of them were soo good, pizzas specifically were my favorite because its all in the dough and this dough was perfect (fluffy yet a little toasty on the outside need I say more?)SAT has just gotten lucky with this one. And they have gotten themselves a new regular right here. Thank you for a great night primos! Oh and ps do yourself a favor and order some coffee and dessert and the end ✨ and thank me laterr.

   This restaurant has just opened, although you would think that they’ve been here for many many years. Great staff, very attentive and the drinks and cocktails were outstanding. The food was delicious. I enjoyed the mussels and a pizza very much. They only have 2 deserts in the menu and we had both, outstanding. Great location and great vibe. See y’all next time.

    my experience was amazing. Hostess was very pleasant. Hostess walked me into the bar area.  ordered a glass of wine, set up my table Weight staff was amazing. appetizer and dinner was amazing. highly suggest stopping by. You won’t be disappointed .

   We had a bit of everything and it was all delicious! Pizza was sooooooo good. Pork steak was tender and tasty. The southside SA drink was so refreshing. Service was great….several servers came by and asked how we were and if we needed anything. Can’t wait to go back and try other entree’s and drinks! 🤤

   We were pleasantly greeted and seated on time with our reservation. Our wait staff was pleasant and very accommodating assisting us with our Wine selections. Our appetizer was delicious and just the right portion. We enjoyed a pasta entrée and a pizza and both were amazingly delicious. This is a very beautiful restaurant for any occasion and out of town guests. We will definitely be returning!

    We sat outside and it was a great atmosphere. We had great service, staff was very attentive and the food was amazing! Drinks were really good! Will go back for wine and pasta.
