   Our waiter was amazing. Food was ok. Breading on Milanese was a bit soggy for my liking. Perhaps I ordered the wrong item. I will be back.

   Very slow service in the beginning. Second time we've been and same situation...we had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Same waiter....a bit snobbish. Very good food though. Go if you have plenty of time.

   Food was good; made a reservation and had a nice table by the window. I am not one to notice service one way or another if the food is good, but our server was so bad that it ruined our experience. The server did not seem to be understaffed as he was just paying more attention to his "regular " customers in the table next to ours. Our reservation was for 7:15pm and the menus were still sitting on the table at 7:45 and he had not taken our order. He told us the specials within 2 min of our arrival, but did not take a drink order and we did not see him again for another 15 min. We ordered drinks eventually and then he did not take our food order until 7:45. We did not get away until 8:45 and the server never asked us if we wanted a 2nd drink during our 90 min dining experience. We spent most of the 90 min looking at our empty glasses and waiting for our food. He actually avoided eye contact whenever we tried to get his attention; He just spent all his timing attending to the table next to us.

   We enjoyed our meal very much. Authentic style Italian food with good service. The wine selection is limited but adequate.

   Very quiet place on a Friday night but service was lacking. Asked for bread 4 times to multiple wait staff, finally was delivered after dinner was complete.

    We've been going to Primos for years, and the drinks, food, and service are always perfectly consistent. One of the few places I've found that makes a perfect martini. We usually ask for Vincent or Ceasar, but I'm sure everyone is top notch. The paintings on the wall add to the quiet, intimate ambiance and make dining even more special. The only downside is for the mobile-challenged; you have to walk a long flight of steep steps to enter. Parking might be a little challenging but not really an issue.
