They went out of their way to go downstairs and find a full bottle of the bubbly we wanted. I can name other name brand restaurants who would never bother unless you were a regular. Cannot not say enough good thinks about Sarah and the entire staff, front of house and kitchen combined. Definitely will go back when next in Niagara Falls, ON, CA. Dr. Edward M.                                                                                                         Our server James was fantastic. We were celebrating our anniversary. The view was fantastic but I think because it’s off-season the salad was premade and in a refrigerator and my $70 ribeye had a little more gristle not fat but gristle than I like on expensive steaks. My wife got the A5 Wagyu and I gotta be honest it was fat or than previous steaks not as buttery more fatty ..It’s a good experience but don’t go because it’s a great steakhouse because it’s not .

                                                                                                        Views of the falls were wonderful. However I expected much more from a "high end" steakhouse. The tables were sticky, didn't have nice table cloths. We each ordered steaks that were supposed to be medium and all 3 were well done. We ordered the garlic mashed potatoes and they were dry and fell apart, along with my sons mashed being dry. Asparagus looked old. They didn't even offer my son a small treat for his birthday. We dine at a lot of nice steakhouses and I've never witnessed that. Capital Grille always treats us on anniversaries and birthdays. Don't charge the prices you charge if you can't hold up your end of the bargain. Disappointing

                                                                                                        My boyfriend and I came to the prime steak house with our friends to celebrate my 24th birthday. Our server Alvin was outstanding. Great service!! Our food was amazing and so were the drinks. Alvin brought out a birthday dessert which was to die for. Over all experience 10/10. We all will be back for the next birthday! Highly recommend this place.
