   We keep coming back to Prime Bistro because first the food is delicious, but the second and almost as important is that the service is excellent. Attentive and informative but never intrusive. Everyone quietly works as a team. Everyone steps up to refill waters, deliver food, etc. The atmosphere is genial but never boisterous. We will, of course, be back for all of that and those amazing oysters and steaks.

   The service is incredible, the food is delicious, and the martinis are ice cold. My favorite place, hands down

   Prime Bistro was absolutely fantastic, as it always has been. The service is outstanding and the food is perfection every time. We invited another couple to go with us this trip and they agreed it was the best dining experience we have had in years.

   Our food, drinks and service at Prime was as expected …. The Lobster Bisque delicious . The steak and cauliflower delicious . We enjoyed everything right down to the caramel cheese cake! Connor made our great drinks and Rob took wonderful care of us! We will be back for sure!

   Excellent food, excellent server, but overpriced. Will go back and enjoy the appetizers instead of pricey entrees

   Tha wedge salad is our favorite, but didn’t have as much bacon and dressing as it needed for the size this time, the steak was perfect! Bacon wrapped scallops perfectly cooked. Best whiskey sour with Makers I have had in years. Can’t wait till our next visit to Morehead City to return

    Outstanding dining experience! Prime Bistro went above and beyond to make a 50th Wedding Anniversary dinner unforgettable. The private dining area was quiet and had the most beautiful soft lighting. We arrived to prosecco on ice, lovely flowers on the table and a handwritten note signed by the entire staff. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Cocktails were creative and the wine list extensive. The seafood tower and crab cakes were out of this world. Steaks cooked to perfection with a variety of delicious sauces and side dishes to choose from. Desserts decadent!!! Thank you Prime Bistro for an amazing evening.
