We dined for wife’s birthday there was little to no recognition of this other than the hostess recognizing and asking whole birthday it was. I had to tell our server who was nonchalant about it and never mentioned it again. While it’s not a requirement at the prices charged at this restaurant I/we expected some type of small desert. Additionally prices are too high. Our service was slow with what seemed more like excuses than real reasons from our waiter. We likely never be back and won’t really recommend it

The service was great. The food was very good. The noise level will keep us from returning. I didn’t expect an establishment known for fine dining would be so loud. Hector did an amazing job.

This was our first time at Prime 3, and while neither of us can say anything about any of the beef entrees (the wife had shrimp and I had mahi), everything was excellent. Two minor items that we experienced are 1) the backrest of the booth seat where my wife sat needs reinforcement because any movement by a diner on one side easily bothered the adjoining diner on the other side the next table over, and 2) while having the Caesar dressing on the side for the salad was appreciated, we both needed to request a second mini dish of dressing in order have an adequate amount. But overall, it was a very positive dining experience and we look forward to going back.

I had the salmon and crusted crab. I switched my rice for a loaded baked potato the potato was so big it was hanging off the plate, which really minimize the slice of fish that probably wasn’t even 4 ounces, and it was not cooked thoroughly. The crab and the sauce were very good. The edges of the salmon were good. I wish it would’ve been cooked fully. I would’ve liked to eaten it for the prices you pay in the restaurant you want to be you have to do better the potatoes are not supposed to be falling off the plate Lora is the potatoes supposed to be shadowing The entrée when the plates are served, the meat is supposed to go towards the diner not just randomly however, people set it down there needs to be some skill set taught by the staff on how to serve and take dishes off of tables you want to be high-end, then start acting high-end From one of the buses just kicking the doors open and closed while we’re sitting there eating showed exactly how much your workers care about the restaurant to the people huddled in the back corner in the smoking area behind the restaurant if I would’ve saw that before I went in I would’ve never even gone in there. Both of my children ordered the Italian dishes which they said Olive Garden was better and that’s not a compliment. Olive Garden is still disgusting however to give someone a $40 chicken Parmesan and then beat the chicken senseless until it is thin as a piece of deli meat, chicken on top of a plate of disgusting pasta and sauce, the meatballs from the spaghetti and meatballs Were definitely a mystery meat. I forgot about your run-in with the health department or I would’ve never come in there. Yes, I do know what I’m talking about. I am an actual ACF chef with little letters after my name I’m also serve safe certified we won’t even go into what I saw violations last night, which can all be sent to the health department by the way with photos. Everyone left with a stomach ache.

We were celebrating my wife's birthday. Matt was our waiter and was excellent. We started with the Cesar salad which had the perfect amount of dressing. Our entree was Prime Rib with asparagus and roasted potatoes and it was all cooked to perfection. The ambiance was absolutely perfect. Between our waiter Matt, the food and ambiance it all made my wife's birthday a very memorable evening. We will be back.

My husband ordered his steak cooked medium, it was completely red! More like rare. I had shrimp cocktail, it was undercooked. The shrimp was slimy! We brought new friends for a nice dinner it was disappointing this time!

It was a positive first time experience for a nice Saturday evening dinner. The place was packed, and we had a drink at the bar as we waited about 15 minutes for our on time arrival for 7pm reservation. While the crowd noise was a bit high, once seated we could speak normally and didnt have to shout. Lately, whenever we feel like a good steak, we need to drive 45 min to either Ocala or Orlando, as the Villages FL restaurants don;t do it for us. So a 15 min ride to Prime 3 had us hoping for the best. While waiting, we spoke to what we think are the owners, and that was very nice. Skipping the appetizers ( i will try the lobster bisque next time) we both ordered our favorite steaks: she a filet and me a ribeye. They were both cooked as we ordered (medium and medium rare). Coming both with two sides, she got the better of the two, and especially liked the side caesar salad. I love a nice portion of garlic mashed, and was slightly disappointed in the two tablespoon serving that had a few pieces of garlic garnish on them. All told the steaks.. Prime cut.. were tasty. The piano player was an added positive feature. We 'll return and sample some of their other offerings.
