   As a long-time regular, I’ve always relied on Pralina for consistent, high-quality food and service. I’ve introduced many people to the restaurant over the years and have recommended it as a go-to for special occasions. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was deeply disappointing. The service was inattentive throughout the evening. Our server rarely checked on us, and we had to flag staff down multiple times just to place an order or request the bill. It was clear our server wasn’t familiar with the dishes, which led to delays and confusion—not acceptable at this price point. The food did not meet expectations. The calamari arrived cold and soggy; after being sent back, it returned lukewarm and still unappetizing, suggesting it was simply reheated. The parmesan truffle fries lacked flavor, and the sushi, which is usually a highlight, was bland and bitter. Feedback to the staff was met with indifference, and nothing was adjusted on the bill. There were also serious issues with communication and billing. Dessert was delayed by over 45 minutes, and when the bill finally arrived, we were unexpectedly charged for multiple portions of a birthday cake that were never discussed or agreed upon. Overall, this visit was frustrating and disappointing, especially given the restaurant’s usual standards. I hope this feedback encourages reflection and improvement, because I would like to feel confident recommending Pralina again in the future.

   Fabulous find on open table . It was our anniversary and we were not disappointed. The food was excellent and beautifully presented . Well worth a visit

   Very nice place and good food. The staff was very busy moving cutlery from table to table most if the evening.....

   Dear Pralina Team, Yesterday, we visited your restaurant to celebrate a birthday. I had dined with you last year and had promised my companions an enjoyable experience with delicious fried sushi rolls and dramatically presented desserts featuring flames and smoke, as was my experience then. Regrettably, we waited over 45 minutes for our main courses. When we requested that at least the spaghetti with meat be served for a hungry child among us, we were initially given plain pasta with tomato sauce instead of the ordered dish. The child, being hungry, ate it immediately. Subsequently, the correct dish we ordered was served. This mix-up was quite disappointing. Furthermore, we were informed that you no longer offer desserts with flame presentations due to a change in your kitchen’s offerings. Unfortunately, the fried sushi did not meet our expectations in taste, although the cocktails and meat dishes were quite delightful. Out of four guests, only one appreciated the dining experience and expressed a desire to revisit. Yours sincerely, Kristina Finck.

   We expected more on the ingredients used at the Sushi, we asked to replace the dish and it didn't came. We had to tell the waiter to include one item at the final bill since it was forgotten.

   An incredible dining adventure! From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special. The food was a revelation, each dish a symphony of flavors and textures, leaving us in awe. The wine list was a masterpiece, carefully curated to complement the menu, and the service was exceptional, with every need anticipated and met with a smile. We left feeling grateful for such a delightful experience and eager to return for more culinary delights!

   Very Bad experience! The place allows people to smoke inside the restaurant! The "justification is that the smoking area is at the end of the restaurant on a fully covered veranda that opens only to the restaurant, meaning the smoke has nowhere to go but inside the restaurant. There is no wall or barrier between the smoking area and the restaurant! The place smells like a huge ashtray, and after one hour there, you smell like you've been in the casino. The food itself is very disappointing. Overpriced and tasteless. We were a group of 4 people, we ordered 8 different dishes and none of them were good. We will not go back to this place for sure!

   One of the best restaurants in the capital. Tasty dishes, good atmosphere and excellent service are trademarks of Pralina experience since its opening day!!!
