   We received great service and all the food was delicious. I hope they keep most of the same items on the menu going forward. Especially appetizers and small plates.

   Waited too long for service. Waitress kept walking table....glancing at us...but bypassing us to service others. Extremely irritating. Then after we had to ask if we were going to be served, she came over and insincerely apologized profusely. I was disgusted at that point.

   Likely hurting from staffing issues. So I'm not mad or anything. But the special on the flatbread was different than what their web site stated (for Monday). Then, they delivered one of the entrees almost immediately after delivering the shared appetizer--that definitely shouldn't ever happen. Food was OK, though, and enjoyed being able to sit outside.

   My Co-worker and I took our friend there for her Birthday. And we had an AMAZING time! We literally actually closed the Restaurant down by being the last to leave. The Service, Food and the Cool Vibe was awesome! And the Kitchen actually sent out a S’mores Desert for our friends birthday. The part that was cool about that is that the Kitchen was already closed. Now, how’s that for Customer Service!! HUGE Shout Out to the Staff and Mgt at Pour. Job Well Done!! Check them out, you won’t regret it!

   Wish they would explain a little something about the flights of wine we ordered. Barely anyone was at the restaurant, thus not sure what was going on. The restaurants on either side were continuously busy.

   Would highly recommend the pimento cheese as an appetizer or the blackberry prosciutto flat bread. As for the cocktails, the Thank you Come a gin was excellent and refreshing. We also got both red wine flights and received a hefty pour for each. the general manager was our server because he was training a future waitress and was very engaging and provided excellent service. Will return!
