   I always enjoy coming here. Everything is excellent, food, drinks, service. Noise level is a little higher than normal, but I’m striking that as it’s getting more popular so it’s always booked out now. A+++

   We had a really great dining experience here. The staff is warm and friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the food was really great. Some of the best we've had around here. We also really enjoyed the wine selection. We shared the asparagus salad with burrata and two pastas, and every single thing was a home run. We're going to save some room for next time to have dessert. Have to make a quick shout out to the charming hostess who was so sweet and told us all her favorites on the menu.

   This was our first time dining at Posto 31. We had a reservation, but they were running a little behind so we ended up eating at the bar (which turned out to be great). The team behind the bar was wonderful and helped us select our entrées. Everything we had was delicious, but we especially loved the roasted brussels sprouts (which is a huge portion) and the rigatoni. Our entire meal was outstanding, and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely be visiting again! This is a hidden gem in the western suburbs!

   I wish I had more positive things to say but did not have a great experience here. I’ve been to Posto a handful of times and typically it was good, but the service and the food were both poor this time. I asked for additional sauce on the side and the server said the chef would not do that. I asked to swap out the polenta for some broccoli I was told that broccoli cost too much and I would have to pay extra for broccoli. I then ordered a salad and asked for the dressing on the side with some grilled chicken on top. The salad came out with dressing and I was given a half chicken and then charged $13 for the chicken. The salad was $13 so I paid $26 for a small grilled Caesar salad which tasted burnt and terrible and a half chicken instead of just some grilled chicken on top, I brought it to our servers attention and her response was dismay at why I was unhappy we were not offered any accommodations and I left feeling quite dissatisfied with the whole experience.

   I’ve been to Posto many times and I enjoy it. I will continue to go many more times. They have great dishes, very good cocktails, and their staff are very good at what they do.

    Posto is consistently great. The menu retains the old favs and introduces a few new entries. Cocktails are high quality and service impeccable.
