Posados is a full service Mexican restaurant. Established back in 1987, this family owned operation has been serving authentic cuisine and cold drinks while successfully growing the business. Posados has a classic Mexican aesthetc with hanging banners, flags and festive pictures of Mexico hanging on the walls. This is a perfect place to bring work associates for happy hour drinks or go to at night with a large group of friends. The Posados has plenty of authentic Mexican cuisine to dine on. Quesadillas, burritos, tacos and enchiladas all have their own section on the menu. There is also a Tex Mex section dedicated to the classic fusion between Texas and Mexican cuisine.

Food and service were good enough, however, what surprised me was the price... 3 adults and a 2 year old and dinner cost us exactly $100 with tip! That's certainly $25 to $30 more than I expected even with a couple of margaritas. At those prices, we are not likely to return.

Food was fresh, good but a tad spicy. The waitress was attentive and good but didn't seem to know about Open Table so we asked for the manager who didn't seem to know much more about how or if we'd get points for our reservation. It's really very good for a $$ restaurant not sure why it's on Open Table as it doesnt seem to be the caliber restaurant to even take reservations.

One of the better menus for Tex-Mex food, lots of ways to get exactly what you want. Taste was very good all the way around. Would have liked thicker, sturdier tortilla chips. Our server was nothing short of great, always available and smiling. Cook switched side choices between two of us but she fixed it quickly. Lots of freebie extras with meals that justify the slightly higher prices compared to other Tex-Mex choices in the area. I grew up on the border in Texas so am not so easy to please at a Mexican restaurant.

Went for a birthday. Large party ( 10 ppl with kids) Food is tasty, options for everyone ( even picky kids) margaritas are great (try the swirl). No complaints when we had to have a few separate bills.

Had an older gentleman wait on us, cannot remember his name but he gave the worst service I have ever seen in the industry and unfourtanatly I'm sure he was very unaware of his lack of service ecspecially when he was walking around blindly back and forth through out the "fresh tortilla" (no one was making tortillas but we still got tortillas...frozen? Store bought?) area with nothing in his hands like he was lost while we were at this point still waiting on our daughters drink (which arrived when dinner arrived because he did not get her drink order when he asked for ours (maybe she was invisible?) and also because he was unaware that his place of establishment did not carry Apple juice). Also to mention we ordered a cup of queso and never saw it until we told him we did not want the queso when our dinner had arrived to the table when he procedded to ask are you sure I can get it right out, the kitchen told me they already gave it to me but I'll get another one....seriously? If you could get it right out why was it not out when we ordered it. The women manager seemed to not have a clue either until I assume her boss walked by and a sudden light bulb appeared. The food was ok, not sure how fresh it was though. The fajita butter is pretty awesome other than that though this is a very poorly ran resturant.

We found the food to be tasty, hot and plentiful. Try the Dip Sampler appitizer with the chili pepper tortilla chips for a taste of three of their most popular dips, it was delicious. Our server was prompt and knowledgable. Overall it was a great Mexican restaurant and we would definitely go back next time we were in town.

Pretty good food for a moderate price. If you get an urge to eat old style Mexican food with good service and tasty margarettas then you'll enjoy Posadas. Not fancy, but good eating.
