Our approach to BBQ is a take on all the best flavors of American classics from across the country. We’ve put our own spin on smoked meats with an emphasis on world flavor profiles inspired by our European roots. We strive to elevate the simplicity of barbecue while maintaining the authenticity of traditional techniques. Our hand-crafted meats range from old standbys such as Carolina style pulled pork, Memphis dry rubbed ribs and Texas beef brisket to our own signature smoked pork belly pastrami. Our meats are cooked low and slow over a curated blend of hard woods. Pork Shoppe is a no frills kind of restaurant, just real food made by us from fresh locally sourced ingredients. Brisket was really dry. Small portions. No combos of ribs. Everything is sand witch on stale bread. Corn bread was old and dry. Everything was just over cooked to death. Maybe it was a bad night.

My husband had pulled pork and I had pulled chicken. Both were very good. You have a choice of sides which adds to ones dining enjoyment. You can eat what you like with the meat dish. Staff was attentive and took good care of us.

Everything was good. Just found it odd that they refused to put leftover food in a box and hold it for us in their refrigerator for a couple hours. We have done it at other restaurants. And my partner manages a restaurant and does this for is patrons all the time.

Very good option for al fresco dining. Food is good-we had brunch. Outdoor seating is comfortable and service was good. Only down side was service got slow as pace picked up. We had to wait awhile for our check when people were waiting for our table.
