   This was an awesome experience thanks to all of the hotel workers’ hard work. They made our group feel like VIPs as we enjoyed the beautiful amenities and beach.

   Reserved the $250 Daybed on the Sunday before Labor Day. Arrived right at 10:30A and was given a wristband and taken to the beds. Andres at the towel counter was excellent, very friendly and attentive. He said the servers would be there at 11:30A. Fast forward to 1P and never saw a server. Another pool attendant said we should go to the bar and order food because if the server did show up it would be a long wait. We went and had brunch in the restaurant overlooking the pool. They only had one brunch option at $55 per person. It was actually really good came with basically two entrees + a dessert selection per person. We had food left over which we took to our daybed. The bar was naturally super busy but was fine. Drinks run about $18 each not including tip. Music at the pool was lounge house, the around 2P a DJ showed up and the music got significantly louder. The selection was great but our bed was directly between two speaker so we could not hear each other talk unless we yelled. We split our time between the pool and the beach. Beach area was very nice, really enjoyed. that. Met people that didn't have a wrist band but just walked in and were hanging out (perhaps this is what I will do if I return). Overall it was good. The only reason I didn't score it higher was the small little (but important) details. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely do it again knowing what I know now and prepare accordingly.

   Our server was great, but we went up to the swim up bar for his service. Our actual server never showed up once. It took me over an hour to even reach the cabana person about modifying our reservation. Even tried being sent to the managers number and they did not answer nor call us back. If possible to modify your reservation on open table the experience would be a lot better and easier. I also even messaged on open table but no one answered that either. I’ve been here before and basically similar things happened with the service and we waited for over an hour to get her and we had to find workers for help. I understand we are all struggling and when i visit PR again i will still probably come back because the pricing isn’t bad and it’s beautiful. Just annoying when you cannot get in contact with anyone or your questions answered. Everytime we come we buy drinks, bottles, and food so are spending a lot. Our server was amazing though and i wish we got his name.

   In overall it was really good but the drinks were not strong as me and my couple likes it. But service , the amenities and the cabana were really nice. You could see the beach and very accessible to the beach as well.
