   The service was absolutely terrible! I can’t recall the name of our server, but she was incredibly rude to us. We asked her three times for our coffee order, and it took an excruciating 45 minutes for it to arrive. Her response was utterly dismissive, saying, “That’s not my problem.” Seriously? We were simply asking for her assistance. Despite this appalling service, I must admit that I enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant.

   hello Hima, we are terribly sorry to hear about this poor service experience. This is far from the warm, welcoming hospitality on which we typically pride ourselves. This incident has been addressed with the team and has been used as a learning experience to help them improve their service going forward. I hope that we will have another chance to make things right in the future.

   When I made the reservation, it seemed like Pom Court was a sit down restaurant, but instead it was a walk up counter that you order from and then eat in the patio. Not a big deal but a little odd that they take a reservation when you just have to wait in line anyway. tne food was great though, don’t expect to make any modifications though. (They wouldn’t take the egg salad off the salmon bagel). All in all, it mostly felt like a new place that’s working out a fair amount of kinks. I’d eat there again, but probably going to give them 6 months

   Very nice experience, we ate in the courtyard area of hotel (restaurant is in hotel Granada). Smash cheeseburger. Cornbread very good and Maya our server was amazing, so attentive, checked in us multiple times

   The menu is very limited. This isn’t a restaurant, it’s a bar with limited food. I ordered deviled eggs and that turned out to be two very tiny eggs. I had coffee and it was barely warm.

   This was my second time visiting this establishment and I had the waitress Mya who both times totally forgot to attend to her tables. I had to wait over 40 minutes for any service. I had to go inside the establishment to receive service. Super bad service.

   Delicious but small menu - and great cocktails. This restaurant will really shine when the weather allows use of the outdoor space!

   The server was great I felt special however parking is not easily accessible or it’s not listed on the website.

   Based on the OpenTable menu, it didn’t seem like The Pom Court would be tapas-style, so it was unexpected when I made reservations thinking we’d be having dinner. Instead, we were served overpriced tapas that seemed like they might’ve been prepared in the microwave. That said, the customer service was excellent, and the bartender really knows how to make a great drink, which definitely enhanced the experience.
