   There was a big sign for a waiting list as nobody was standing at the front door. We scanned the QR code and walked away it said we would get a text when we can come back. We came back and the guy was seating people from the line and then he asked to seat us and we said we had a reso, he said yeah that thing doesn’t work. Hasn’t worked in like 2 years. GET RID OF THE SIGN THEN!!! we could have sat down 45 mins before that but we’re waiting for a text the whole time. Also I don’t get why they’re paying OpenTable fees and not even using it. Either way brutal way to start the experience. Only ate there because it was too late to choose somewhere else by that time and we had a flight to catch. Food was just ok. Really annoyed by the nonchalance of the team and not caring that the OpenTable thing didn’t work…..

   It took an hour to get our food, people who had come in after us were being brought out their food before us. We flagged down the waitress and asked her to get it to go since we were going to miss our flight. The waitress was very sweet and doing her best, it was a problem with the kitchen. The food was however very good when we finally got it.

   As an airport bar/casual restaurant, it's fine. Prices are high, but not too excessively high. Service was fine. They have a giant signboard outside directing guests to scan a code to add themselves to the waitlist, which is then ignored, as the restaurant is actually seat-yourself. They have QR stickers on the table for guests to place their orders, which are ignored, as the restaurant it actually table service. They need to resolve these issues; air travelers are already frazzled enough without dealing with inconsistent signs and policies at a restaurant.

   Probably one of the quickest meals we’ve had in the airport. Typical expensive like all airports. Service was excellent and lots of beer choices

   Honestly the food wasn’t that good for how Much it cost, the service was slow and our waitress was mumbling to the point that we could barely understand her, and it took for ever to get any attention to get drinks refilled. But what do you expect from an airport Restaurant

   The food was absolutely inedible- the Caesar salad was rubbery chicken on old lettuce and tasteless dressing, and the “flatbread” pizza was sauce on toasted regular bread with powdery, cheap cheese. We couldn’t eat the food, but paid and didn’t complain because the the server was awesome - working hard and all by herself in a crowded restaurant. It’s perfectly fine for an airport bar though if you just want drinks.

   The server was soo sweet. She made sure to check when our flight. Service was fast and the food was good.

   There seems to be a lack of staff as one server was balancing between all tables - this is unfair for both the staff and customers as the required attentiveness was not provided. This resulted with the atmosphere being filled with tension by all parties as a meal that should have taken no more than an hour, took about 45 minutes to just wait for the bill. This cafe needs more staff to alleviate the responsibilities of 1 server that should be distributed to 3 or 4.
