   Wonderful experience! The food was very tasty (we had the amberjack, soup and risotto) and the service, especially by waiter Iani, was terrific.

   Service was outstanding, as was everything we ordered. If you are planning a trip to Zagreb, this restaurant is a must!

   I picked out Pod Zidom Bistro once my wife and I arrived to our hotel in Zagreb. I searched on restaurants near the Sheraton Zagreb where we were staying. After a short cab ride, we arrived and were warmly greeted and seated at a four-chair table in a back corner enabling my wife and I to set together and view the entire restaurant. The ambiance was great and the decor was what I would call modern rustic and very relaxing. The food was very good and with all dining in Croatia, very affordable and of great value. The service was absolutely great! Ian was our server and he was very attentive without being overbearing. He provided very informative and pinpoint recommendations that did not disappoint. At the end of our dinner, Ian arranged a taxi for us and by the time we walked outside, the cab had arrived. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Zagreb and staying near the Sheraton and wanted a very nice, relaxing dinner with good food and great service.

   Excellent food and service at Pod Zidom in Zagreb. The decor in particular was very good and interesting. There was a nice ambience about the place and it was fairly busy even on a Sunday evening out of season.

   It was a fantastic dinner for me and my girlfriend. Perfect food , perfect service and perfect place to be when you visit Zagreb. I suggessted definetly !!!!

   A superb meal with great wines recommended to accompany the courses. The waiter, Marko, was very friendly, very knowledgeable about the dishes and gave great service. We had the 3 course lunch menu which was great value for money and I would recommend anyone looking for a restaurant in central Zagreb to book a table at Pod Zidom.

   Overall experience is outstanding. Maybe a little bit to expensive. I would go more often if it were otherwise.

    It is nice place, good environment, very good food (the osso buço and the beef cheeks were outstanding). They may need an extra waiter when it gets busy, though.
