Plas Maenan has several different dining areas with outside seating for the summer months, our terrace bistro with breathtaking views, both of which are COVID-19 Safe.

The property is set up from the main road and despite only being a ten minute drive from Conwy gave the feeling of entering another world, the view from the front driveway and dining room was the best I have come across in North Wales, Mountains and Greenery. The food was delicious and the service friendly and efficient, will definitely return very soon and have already recommended to friends and family. The menu has all based covered with sandwiches and lighter options right through to a fillet steak which I had which was perfectly cooked and melt in the mouth, good wine list and fully stocked bar with local Gin's. Great for a simple lunch or for the most special of dinners.

My mother, daughter and I enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch at Restaurant On The Rock. The staff were charming and helpful and the food very good. In fact the food was excellent, but my mother found the roast beef cut so thickly so she was unable to cut or eat it - the only downside to a great meal. My daughter was allowed to play the grand piano which was a real treat for her grandmother and, hopefully, the other diners! We will definitely return when next in the area.
