Didn’t take our reservation name on entry and long initial wait to order drinks but then a smooth experience. Food was good value well presented and prepared well

It was not good. It was our granddaughters 10th Birthday. I wanted everything to be just right. It started off good, the waiter was just really, really nice. When the food arrived, my husband's nachos were cold. And my granddaughter's grilled cheese was burnt. They both were returned with new items, which were the same burnt and cold. We thought the waiter took care of this and might have mentioned this to a manager, but he seemed to have not. That's when we intervened, and from that moment on, the manager stepped right in made everything right as much as he could after the fact and took care of the bill. We really didn't get new food because by the time it was too late. We had the giant ice cream sunday, and the highlight of the evening was seeing herself on the big screen with the big giant dessert and happy birthday sparkler

We went after 9pm on a Tuesday night, had the place pretty much for ourselves. Fast and friendly service.

We were so disappointed in this experience. They should just call the restaurant “Planet” because there was no Hollywood. No movie memorabilia! None!! Just a restaurant. Service and food were mediocre. Another tourist trap.
