It was my first time here. We were seated right away with the reservation. The waiter was wonderful, but he was also running the high tops and the bar. The food came out quickly after ordering and was very good. The paella was good, but definitely could use more flavor. Unfortunately the waiter got trapped behind the bar so drinks were good but slow. Over all a very good experience and I will be back to try some other menu items and specialty drinks.

Not great, the food was average. Not the best representation of Peruvian food. Good pisco sour.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pisco y Nazca, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable meal. A huge shoutout to Joe, my waiter, whose attentiveness and knowledge of the menu elevated the evening. Joe’s friendly demeanor and impeccable timing made me feel genuinely cared for. He provided thoughtful recommendations, answered all my questions with ease, and ensured my glass was never empty. His professionalism combined with a warm, personal touch made all the difference! I also want to recognize Rose, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and genuine passion for guest satisfaction was evident throughout the evening. She checked in with me personally to make sure I was enjoying my experience, which added a wonderful, personalized touch to the evening. Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal! Every bite was bursting with bold, fresh flavors. I tried the Causca sampler, Apollo Anticucho and Pork Tostones. Tostones hands down were the most favorite!! If you’re looking for a place that combines delicious, authentic Peruvian cuisine with top-tier service, Pisco y Nazca is the spot. A huge thank you to Joe and Rose for making my visit so memorable. I’ll definitely be returning soon—and recommending it to everyone I know!

Place was half empty on a Sunday night but the server while nice was always missing - maybe short staffed. Food was ok at best but not us … we eat a lot of ethnic food so that was not it … charred stake when we asked for medium, overly heavy use of cream, rice was great as was the pisco sour. Was a special occasion dinner and was marked clearly on the reservation - were given an average table right next to the busing stand when half the tables were empty .., of course no one acknowledged the event. Won’t be returning but I do hear many people like the place.

This was my first time here. The server and atmosphere were very nice, but the food was fair. The beef tenderloin was over cooked and tough to chew. The salmon was presented on a bed quinoa and both were incredibly dry. There was a small amount of cilantro sauce on top of the salmon. Had there been more sauce, the meal would have been much better. The flan was fantastic. The brownie was bitter, but came with a delicious scoop of ice cream. I don't think I'll return. Maybe it was an off night.
